My daughter got this as a pre-owned / return? So she got this at a great price. She is a renter and my have to leave this behind if she has to move in a hurry so price was important. Also the actual performance and capacity for wash loads and drying loads is impressive. i used it daily in her flat as you know how teenagers have a tonne of clothes and are not usually into boring stuff like clothes mainenance, so I got very busy during my 12 day stay and used it daily on a "quick wash" then did the dry cycle which is mainly 3 hours. I thought it was long. In the north of UK, I'd recommend a washer dryer like this, great price even if buying from brand new. If you have not garden or line, then this is brilliant. We used quick wash with liquid bottle detergent, however at home I use eco eggs that are just as good and way cheaper. It is effective and quiet and looks ultra smart.

Very nice machine. The key thing is that the machine offers the features of typical mid to high end Western brands - but at a price point that's much more reasonable. Makes me wonder what exactly we're paying for with the more traditional brands as they're produced in the same place as this machine anyway - China.Pros:- It's well featured - I've got everything I need without things I don't (like Wifi connectivity) - I can control temperature, spin cycles, set a custom delay, have access to all the programs I'd need, and the machine can be paused and the door unlocked + opened early in the cycle if you forget a sock, etc.- It weighs the washing when running some of the cycles (like the Eco 40 to 60 cycle) - which minimises electricity and water consumption when underloading - and also shortens the wash time.- It's quiet - a few people mention that it's extremely loud, which has not been my experience at all - I'd be surprised if that wasn't because they're forgotten to remove the four bolts holding the drum in place during shipping.- It's efficient. Doesn't cost much to run in terms of water or electricity.- The price is great. I got the 10 kg washer for £279. I'd expect to pay over £500 for a typical Western brand.Cons:- The machine lacks a boat / insert for the detergent drawer for liquid detergent so it just runs straight into the sump hose if you run the machine with a delay. However, this is easy to get around by putting a plastic wash ball containing the detergent in the drum on top of the washing. Strictly speaking this is meant to get better results than putting the detergent in the drawer anyway, although it won't be compatible with using pre-wash.- Documentation is not well written, with lots of English errors. The details for the different wash cycles are on a separate piece of paper which is easy to lose, and it's really tough to find the PDF version of the sheet as it's not on Hisense's website as it should be.- Spin performance isn't as good as competitors. Towels, heavy cotton etc comes out damper than other machines I've used. Certainly not sodden or soaked, but certainly damper than I'd like. But one can run another spin cycle.- Drum's a little smaller than one would expect for 10 kg. I believe this is a bigger problem for the smaller drums, like 7 or 8 kg. Worth going for a bigger drum.Can't say anything for long-term reliability of course, but it looks like most of the parts internally are separate rather than some manufacturer's approach of 'everything is in in the drum assembly so you're better off buying a new washing machine than repairing' con.If it was more expensive, it would be 4/5 stars. But for the price I bought it for, definitely 5/5.

I should probably start by saying that my requirements for a new washer/dryer were pretty basic. I wanted something which would wash, and dry, so a massive array of programs/cycles wasn't something I needed (I'm a single guy in his early 50's - my needs are simple). I should also add that so far I've only used a couple of the wash programs and am unlikely to need to venture far away from the standard eco wash, basic dry cycle, and the quick 15 min wash.What I do like so far is that it's very quiet, and if you just want to do a regular wash a quick turn of the dial and push of a button gets you going and you can barely hear this unit at spin cycle. Dry cycle (for as much as I've used it) seems to work well (a couple of dryer balls helped reduce the amount of creasing).Worth mentioning that this unit only has a cold inlet, so if you are getting it installed and your old unit is cold and hot, make sure you can isolate the hot or cap it off first. It's slightly smaller than the unit it replaced so fits nicely under the worktop. Aesthetically, it's a simple and clean looking thing - very inoffensive.Time will tell if it lasts the 20 years my last one did, but as a budget option this is very good value if it manages half of that !

I used to have the washer version of this in my student house, now I moved in to live on my own I decided to invest in what I new to be a great washer, but didn't have room for a dryer. This is ideal, as it works perfectly to wash my clothes, was just as easy to install as the washer but the dryer function is excellent. As with most washer dryers, the most absorbent germnts come out a little damp on occasion, but I've barely noticed and if I hang towels while they;re still warm (which is possible thanks to the delay feature), they're all perfect within a day! I usually take advantage of this delay to run the washer overnight, when energy is cheapest, and then it's possible to hang everything up before work. Would definitely recommend- though be advised the transport bolts are properly tight, and it's worth paying attention to the instrucitons on how to remove them with greater ease!

My partner and I have just moved into our new home and needed a washing machine. The machine itself is quiet, looks smart and is easy to use which would warrant a 5* by itself but what we were most impressed with was the installation service!The 2 blokes that turned up were extremely professional, fast and knew exactly what they were doing. They ran us through what they were doing and why in a way that we could easily understand and did the first wash through. They made a potentially stressful install into a completely stress free morning

The media could not be loaded. This washing machine is one of the best and great quality, the size is just perfect, no Noise,Ease of cleaning, washes clothes very quickly if you set up to wash mix clothes, thought the settings is your choice you can decide to set it up on cotton or cotton dry , but I prefer setting mine on mix because it's washes more quickly than others settings .I would highly recommend this washer dryer to any one who is planning to change their washing machine for 2024 winter. 😊😊🤪

Dopo che mi ha lasciata la mia piccola lavatrice,decido di acquistare un HiSense. Devo dire spedizione molto celere, venditore molto affidabile. Mentre per quanto riguarda il prodotto, ancora l’ho utilizzata poco ma devo dire che è davvero ottima. Silenziosa, cestello molto capiente e oblò enorme.

Morente la precedente (ha iniziato a fare le bizze dopo 15 anni non particolarmente stressanti per lei e l'esperienza ha consigliato una sostituzione, purtroppo l'intervento di un tecnico avrebbe probabilmente necessitato di 1/3 del valore di una lavatrice che aveva già fatto il suo) abbiamo cercato una alternativa facendo un giro per centri commerciali.Trovata questa esposta non era disponibile , il prezzo aggressivo ha fatto centro, cercata su Bolo il prezzo era simile e abbiamo optato per l'acquisto on line.Abbiamo optato per questo modello perché con poco più del prezzo di una semplice lavatrice della stessa capienza ha anche (*come la precedente di altra blasonata marca) la funzione asciugatrice, funzione poco utilizzata in genere nel passato ma sempre utile e quindi :perché rinunciarvi ?Ah , giusto dimenticavo : lava perfettamente 😜 per l'asciugatura vedremo in autunno 😁PS: una domanda agli ingegneri di tutti modelli di lavatrice dell'universo: ma perché fate SOLO E UNICAMENTE l'oblò con cerniera sinistra ? Chi come me l'ha posizionata in fondo e sinistra nella lavanderia è una scomodità ( la precedente era cerniera destra e si apriva senza ingombri un mezzo alla stanza stretta e lunga)L:unica che fa l'apertura destra che ho trovato cercandola è la Miele ..aah bella si! solo che costa tra il doppio e il triplo di ogni altra proposta e per uno sportello comodo non vale la pena. (E poi già avuta in passato e dura come tutte le altre, ma non è argomento della recensione 😜)
