To preserve the precious flavour notes of the beans, we make our chocolate in small batches, at low temperatures, taking up to 21 days (industrial chocolate takes a few hours). No vanilla or lecithin to muddy the flavours.

    I am trying to eat less sugar so I tried this as it has no added sugar. My partner and I agreed it was just as yummy as normal. Plenty of sugar came from the fruit and nuts. Give it a try.

    Wow! After listening to the Zoe Health podcast on chocolate, I thought, I'd give quality craft cocoa a try. Oh my, the taste is exquisite, it melts in your mouth spreading feel good yumminess. The benefits of cocoa are well documented, the problem will be how to stop myself from scoffing more (the price will help...).
