    Nice little device but because our in car stereo screen is broken we are relying on the aux connection but it’s not a very stable connection & the volume has to go up very high to hear it, I had to the first time wiggle it in the device to get it to work properly it was crackling through the car speakers. Not sure if I should send it back.Very good customer service & very quick to address the issue without any problems, full refund or replacement was offered. So put up to 4 stars.

    After purchasing and returning a defective product, the aftersales support from this company has been second to none. They have gone out of their way to make that my experience would be a good one. They replaced the product for a different product and have contacted me to make sure that everything is working and that I am happy with the product.     Really good media and screen and ease of use.However, when plugging in the aux cord, a static noise is generated. I have no other issues with other aux cords directly plugged in to my phone to the car.
