I gave my DH this as a gift on our anniversary. He likes it very much. It is easy to adjust and assemble. It actually fits all weights requirements for our family. We can exercise together to get fit now. It is solid built and very stable when lift it up. Truly deserved the money.

First off the fast change of these type of adjustable dumbbells is great. I probably wouldn't have bought them for full price and thought long about it even at reduced price. But they've been an asset for training. Holder seems decently strong. The spin lock/unlock handle works well. The range of weight options is fine.Only issues I've found are that it can be hard to line them back up into the slots when you've removed some. Still a lot faster than a conventional adjustable dumbbell but can need a bit of shuffling in the holder.And the other is that because of the design, where there is a slot missing from the top of the weights (in the holder position), what I've found is in some positions, e.g. lying down with them raised, they want to rotate in the hands so the fuller side is hanging down. Definitely seems to be linked to that design but it's not a massive issue. Enough to drop a star.

Been using for months now. One minor point that you just get used to is putting them back to change the weight, this can sometimes require a bit of a wiggle but you get the hang of it quickly. Other than that no issues whatsoever. Makes for a great space saving addition to the home equipment.

Absolutely love these. Hesitant about spending the money but I think they’re well worth it. Good range of weight in one dumbbell. Can be a wee bit fiddly when putting them back on the base, but I think once I’ve used them a few times, it’ll get easier. Really hope they last but no reason to think they won’t!
Compact way to have multiple weigthts
I think for most people this will cover all your weight needs. Yeah, the design of the weight pieces mean you get some weird weights like 13, 22, and 31 lbs. If you had a discrete set it would be more like 15, 20 or 25, and 30, but in the end it doesn't really matter.The box is HEAVY. I ended up taking it out of the box at my front door instead of carrying the whole thing up the stairs. They come fully assembled.I thought mine were defective at first, until I read that they need to be on the plastic holder before you can rotate the handle for the different weights.. The weigh is some type of metal. Most of the rest of the dumbbell is either nylon or ABS. You dod have to line them up pretty close to slide the handle back in. Rotating the handle to select different weights is really easy. I even like the square plates, meaning you can set them down without them rolling away, or even use them for pushups.I'm really happy with these.

Easy to use and sturdy. Handy to be able to use a single dumbell for rehab on my shoulder.

J'ai toujours voulu en avoir des haltères réglables car au fur a mesure que mon niveau augmenté je commencé en avoir partout dans la maison des haltères et surtout ceux que je n'ai plus besoin prennent de la place. Les haltères réglables permettent gain de place, se range facilement et surtout on peut facilement choisir le poid qu'on souhaite d'une seule main. Je les adore. Super rapport qualité prix.
