    Nice and heavy, this can chargrill a steak on a cheap electric stovetop while keeping the inside rare. The handle being removable means it doesn’t heat up during cooking which makes handling a lot easier.I went for the stainless steel trivet due to reviews about the bamboo trivet breaking.Cast iron requires more care and maintenance, but they really are the best and this pan is a great example of it. Great for the price.

    I was very skeptical at first, it took a while for the seasoning to stick.Making eggs at first was a nightmare of scraping, but now after a week or so, it’s great!i couldn’t recommend it enough!it looks beautiful, different from all other cast iron pans!it’s not very deep but that means the water evaporates quicker, leaving a better sear.very sturdy and heavy, amazing heat retention!i used avocado oil for the seasoning.

    Straight out of the box, preheat, add oil and allow to heat up. Two perfect salmon fillets and no sticking. Fantastic. My daughter even ate the skin and loved it. 9 inches is the size of the cooking surface, it about 9.5 inches edge to edge without handles. I nearly sent it back because of this as it only just fits on my boat cooker. No more replacing non stick pans every 18 months. I love it! And the removable handle just works perfectly for my needs.

    This is a really solid skillet, with good handle and, with this version, the metal stand (not sure how the wood one would have worked without burning!). Perfect for doing more than pizza in your outdoor oven.

    Very solid construction and is easy to season and clean. The handle is solid and works very well (it detaches). The one caveat I have is it's small. With that said, I still rate it a 5.

    Now able to cook all of the steaks at once in the Onni.

    Wish I had seen this before buying the smaller pans...it makes feeding four people steaks so much faster. We are all able to eat at the same time!
