Seal on box was opened but the product was otherwise brand new and immaculate. The default language was Chinese but it is easy to select the language one you know the position of items on the start up "Hello / Welcome" menu. If you don't get that menu then do a full reset (look this up online).The only Chinese stuff that cannot be eliminated by a full hardware reset / wipe is the keyboard choices. There are only Hong Kong and Taiwan Chinese / hybrid keyboards available. The simple cure is to download your preferred Samsung or Google keyboard from the Play Store, after adding your Google account during setup.These are very minor inconveniences when you consider the cost saving of buying from this seller (compared with Samsung UK / EU stores). In conclusion: highly recommended item and seller!

Sound is terrible . Can't receive calls when out as Can't here the person on thd line. Ring tone also to low and yes I have everything turned up to max.

Absolutely perfect! Would recommend definitely. Not sure about other reviews saying their mobile was in Chinese writing or whatever because mine was in English and is perfect. Came with USB cable, however not with a plug and since both sides of the usb cable are Samsung I have to go away and buy a Samsung plug which is annoying hence why it isn't 5 star rating.
