    Added this in to my daily routine. Genuine improvement of grip strength, and visual improve of my forearms also.Haven’t used others to compare, and thankfully with the quality of this. I don’t have to try another, great quality.

    I got this for my little brother, and after a few days of use he finds it very enjoyable. He has the option of increasing and decreasing weight and trying different things. Nothing wrong with it or any defect to note. It does what my brother wanted and it’s really easy on the hand and easy to hold.

    Product itself is great. Does what it says on the tin. However after a day's use the weight increment indicators rubbed off so it's just a guessing game. And the rubber grip on the handles causes blisters on all fingers. I guess after time it will get better as the skin hardens but it's not ideal and can be pretty painful. But it works and gives the forearms a good pump. Yet to see if it actually builds them

    It came yesterday (usual Bolo marvellous service) so maybe this is a bit early to commentAppears to be well made. At minimum setting you would have to have very weak hands to have a problem The grips are faced with rubbery material and already feel slightly sticky, which is a often sign of possibly deteriorating rubber - but have to wait and find out. There are some rubbery finger things for tiny fingersOverall good value 4* worth buying even if you have to tape the grips

    Todo correcto. Se ve de calidad y su uso es sencillo, aunque lo de regular la fuerza de 5 a 60 kg. no lo tengo muy claro, ya que le doy vueltas y para mi es lo mismo en una posición que en otra. Pero no me importa, porque me viene bien.
