    I bought this to complete a small roofing job. I didn't want to spend a lot, so bought this on the strength of other reviews.I was very careful with the plastic blade removal locking mechanism as I had read other reviewers saying that it had snapped. Forewarned is forearmed and so I was careful to hold the latch close to the tool, rather than use the leverage to open and close. I can see how this will be a weak point, but I think if you're careful you can avoid this happening.The tool is really good. I used it to cut multiple lengths of awkward wood cuts and cut nail heads flush. The supplied blades are not great quality, but because the tool uses a common blade type, better blades can be purchased. The metal one was blunt after cutting through 8 nails. The wood blade fared better and completed all the wood cuts I needed to do.I'm really pleased with the tool and it's paid for itself easily with just one job. I'll buy some better blades at some point.It's so easy and light to use, and with 6 speeds, it's very controllable. It's definitely powerful enough for any home DIY jobs.Even if it be breaks on my next job, I won't be upset, although I can't see any reason why it will as it seems pretty well put together.Very happy with this purchase.

    Use this while installing new wooden floor to cut under architraves. Worked well, seems robust, reasonable selection of blades. The tool bag will be to your preference. It's not large enough to also put in a small corded angle grinder, but you could fit a couple of handtools in there if required.

    Although I hadn't heard of this brand previously, I chose this product because it included a good variety of accessories for someone on a budget. Now that I've used it, I'm very impressed with it; initially I was struck by how quiet it is for a power tool and it isn't too heavy to use single handedly. The 2 position auxiliary handle is very useful for stable use and the accessories are easy to fit to the device. I was impressed at it's efficient sanding capabilities, I'll probably use this more than my orbital sander. I gave it a 4 stars on it's versatility as I haven't used all of its accessories yet. Otherwise I'm very impressed with this product and it comes with a bag!

    I needed a fairly powerful oscillating tool for fitting new wood flooring. I had a limited budget and the Shall tool was a great find. The build quality is excellent and it is powerful with a 500 W motor and 6 speed settings. It has an excellent quick change blade mechanism which holds the blade firmly in place. The kick back feature is also a great addition. It also comes with an auxillary handle which is a great feature if you have space to use it when making the cut. In my case I didn't use it as I was working a lot in corners and close to the floor when I was under cuitting the skirting boards. A good range of blades are supplied with the tool too and I was also able to use other generic brands of blades during my project. If you have a limited budget and need a quality tool to rival other expensive brands then I would recommend the Shall oscillating tool.

    This tool is very smooth when starting and is smoother and quieter than my last multitool, it seems to be very well made. The bag it comes with is good and big enough to put extra tools in if required. I have only used it to cut some suspended ceiling metal tees so far without any problem and would recommend this product.
