I tried it because I've read about its benefits. Well, it's really a good product. My cycle is regular again, and I've noticed better skin and control over body hair growth.

I got this delivered on 29th jan 23, and so far I haven’t noticed a massive change, however I do have aches around my uterus like I’m going to come on. I have PCOS so I thought I’d give this a try! I’ve bought other brands with good reviews but they don’t quite have enough of the inositol as this does! So I’m hoping that it’s working! I feel a little less fuzzy headed, but it’s hard to tell as I’ve just started doing a few night shifts. But I’ve been able to keep awake where as normally 10pm hits and I’m like the walking dead.I’ll update if my period hits or how it’s going after another couple of weeks. I’m very irregular and haven’t been on since November. I’m also actively TTC and starting fertility. Which is on hold because they’ve just changed the weight goal post so they can’t do anything until I lose 3.5 more stone.Update: I’ve been taking this for 2.5 weeks, I can’t say I’ve had more energy etc as I’ve been poorly. But I did come on yesterday! First time since November. I got the ovulation mucus around 2nd feb and 2 weeks later I’m on! This could be anovulation but at the same time it all fits in together. I’ve got this on repeat order and I’m definitely getting another batch! Seems worth the money so far!

I've only tried this for a month, so I can say if I've noticed any affects as you really need to be taking these things for longer.The price for what you get is great and I have other supplements from this brand I adore, so why not stick with something you know? The tablet itself it large, I have gagged on it a handful of times, bought a pill cutter, but I... am just not a fan. If this can be smaller or turned into one of those fantastic gummies, I'll return.5 star product, 1 star removed due to size of pill.

All fine but the tablets are so big that they hurt to swallow, even after chopping in half. Maybe it’s a me problem but probably won’t order these ones again as they’re so big

I've seen mixed reviews for this item and I often find supplements don't seem to do anything however, these came at the back end of August and in roughly less than 20 days my period has started which is amazing. I did get headaches the first couple of nights of taking these but they've wore off for me now. They are large tablets to swallow and I don't particularly have any issues with swallowing tablets usually so if you do then definitely consider a way of cutting them down but 10/10 for effectiveness, I'm amazed how quickly and well these have worked! Would definitely recommend.

At first I was sceptical about buying these as I’ve tried other products and nothing has worked but I saw the reviews and thought I’d try them. Best thing ever! Within 3 days of taking these i started my period, I did get a bit bloated and had sore boobs which is something I’m not used to experiencing but I was really happy to get my period back! I’ve been taking them for 3 weeks and wanted to give it a decent period of time before reviewing but I’ve really noticed a change since taking them, I feel better during the day with more energy and suffer less with fatigue, I haven’t noticed much difference with facial hair but hoping with continued use it will reduce that too. I also find my cravings have reduced slightly. Will definitely be buying again!
1.0 out of 5 stars Unpleasant Side Effects - Wouldn’t Recommend
Both my Mum and I have PCOS - when we saw these tablets offering to help treat the symptoms and assist with weight loss, we were excited. We took the recommended dosage - 2 tablets every morning and 2 every night. My Mum ended up stopping them a few weeks due to constant cramps and fear she would come on her period despite being in the menopause. I experienced similar stomach cramps from very early days of taking them but had minor weight loss so felt positive (equally, I was putting a lot of effort in so can’t deduce that it was down to the supplement). Six weeks in and I’ve also given up, ridiculous cramps and constipation resulting in me needing laxatives when I’ve never suffered before and from the initial couple of lb down, no effect. All in all, wouldn’t recommend.

I have struggled with my weight for years even when I tried to loose weight and cut out all sugar I was still having blood tests of pre diabeticI found these online and thought I would give them a try and I was very impressed! Without being TMI I have always seemed dehydrated no matter how much I would drink. I took three doses and instantly saw the benefits it has helped with water retention and now on a low carb diet it had helped me with weight management
