    Originally this was an amazing product however the more recent batches there is a clear difference in capsule size (smaller) and quality to the effect of questioning it there is anything beneficial within the capsules. Had there been a change in formula?Trying alternative brands - sadly

    Like all supplements punted at bodybuilders I take them all with a pinch of salt, preferring to ignore the alleged hype and find out for myself. Coming up to a few weeks on this now and the corner hath been rounded: PB on the bench today of 130kgs for six reps. Now I need to clarify this. Up to three weeks ago my best had been a miserable rep with 90kgs just. I was on my own and felt incredibly pumped after a solid ten minute warm up. I kicked off on the flat with 70kg for twelve. Took a rest and hit 100kg because I felt I could. I squeezed out ten, slowly and methodically. I just knew I had to add a pair of 15s and see what happened. I didn't think it would move .... then slowly I managed to conquer the discomfort and blew it up slowly, feeling amazed. Five more to failure and I was done in. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could do it.Over to the dip frame and blasted three sets of twelve. I was buzzing. Okay, I'll admit I had take two plus creatine and Beta Alanine before the gym, but I usually do that anyway, just not two Turkesterone. I had obviously been building and this was a Monday after a weekend rest. I cannot categorically say it was the Turk, but I think it was. Today a week later I'm shrugging twelve reps with 45kg DBs. I'm doing things this old body shouldn't be able to do. Certain bits of me (cough cough) had given up the ghost, if you get my inference? Seventy years of age is getting closer, and I'm delighted to say for the first time in a long time I am getting the finest erm well blood flow around my body ALL areas. Like all supps, it takes a while to kick in. Try it, you may be pleasantly surprised.I hope this honest review is of some benefit to you.
