    These Ashwagandha capsules are quite small and easy to swallow. No horrible aftertaste either.Expensive for 60 capsules.I’ve been taking Ashwagandha for nearly 6 months and it’s really helped ease the pre-menopausal symptoms I’m suffering from.

    Loved these supplements. The ashwagandha really decreased my stress levels big time. I love that this company is run by women and I believe the black pepper in it helped to digest the pills faster. I’m definitely buying again when they’re back in stock.
