D-Mannose, Cranberry Extract, Magnesium Stearate, (Anti-Caking Agent), Microcrystalline (Bulking Agent). HPMC Clear Capsule Shell.
Directions
As a maintenance dose, take 1-2 capsules 2 times a day. For urgent support take 3-4 capsules every 3-4 hours. Always take dose with a small glass of water or unsweetened juice, such as cranberry. After 30-45 minutes drink plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

I can't really test of comment on the 'effectiveness' of the supplement - you'd need a proper science test for that - but I can test the shape and feel of the capsules. And on that score they're great. There is no taste and no residue on the outside, and the size is easy to swallow with just a little water. Highly recommended.

These 1,000 mg d-mannose capsules with cranberry - pack of 60 - are a little on the big side at around 22mm long but they are still swallowable if you flush them down with some liquid.Everything in them is vegan but there is not enough cranberry in there to taste.These give you the quantity of mannose that you need without compromising your vegan diet.

I was quite dubious about these but they really do seem to work in a flare up situation. Haven't tried them longer term for prevention but I intend to. They're reasonably priced too so I will be buying again.

I regularly take D-Mannose to keep my bladder running smoothly and have read about the benefits of Cranberry for the same purpose so thought I would give these combined capsules a try. They are average size and smooth, so easy enough to swallow with some water, and they have no smell or taste that I noticed. You get a good dosage here - I take two regularly and increase to 3 or 4 if I feel I need the extra support.
