We have tried various magnesium supplements in the past and then came across this brand....We both take these each day, they are not that easy to swallow if you have a problem with large sized tablets, their shape does help tho. They are hard and solid and my wife does struggle just a little. Not too bad, but a little noticeable. They cannot be easily broken up or powdered. Very solid.Please see photosHowever, neither of us have had any tummy or digestive issues since switching to this brand. And we have used this one for some time now.In fact we have been so pleased with the results of using them, can differ for each person, we have them on a regular order, scheduled delivery. So easy to setup and ideal as we order the larger bags of refills.I hope this has been helpful and we both very much recommend this brand.

Brilliant got recommended by a friend to purchase these as the magnesium tablets I had from boots were doing nothing - now I am sleeping so much better and less muscle cramps and less pains in my joints too. Excellent!!

I take this for leg cramps, the Doctor recommended Quinine and that was removed from the BNF in 2020 so I didn't take it. My herbalist recommended Magnesium, I use the spray or a heat pack when the cramp is so painful I just need heat. Fortunately since taking Magnesium, working out a Senior Work Out on Media specifically for Seniors. Taking Magnesium reducing sugar intake, eating bananas and of course it hasn't been cold outside yet. This seems to be working, works for stress as well.

I bought this item on recommendation from someone at the gym after moaning about suffering from DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) every time I complete a work and had been experiencing this for decade. Additionally, for reading the multiple positive reviews, i decided to buy it. I have just completed the whole bottle after 60 days and religiously took them AM and PM after eating something. Not expecting Miracles, however I couldn’t tell the difference. Nothing impact on my body or even elevate my mood. Only that my knee joints had got better since taking the tablets, but would I purchase again especially at that price, doubtful. Felt it was another vitamin gimmick. Going back human nature, continue with healthy food and maybe a massage once in a while.

I always find it very difficult to tell how impactful vitamins are. No noticeable side effects (friends in particular have said magnesium can give them dihorrea - none of this), didn’t notice a big change in sleep quality. Tablets are easy to swallow and good value for money.
