    Great piece of kit and at a good price compared to TRX branded versions. Setup on wall mounted pull-up bar. Sturdy and no complaints so far, recommend.

    This set looks strikingly familiar to a "premium" brand (even down to colours) which is much more expensive - and yet it's hard to see any flaws.I've been trying (as a 50yr old desk jockey) to get my blood pumping and body more toned... I had initially been apprehensive about suspension training as although it's aimed at core strength (which I want to improve) it does seem to require some initial 'power' in those areas.I was pleasantly surprised with this set: At just £29.99 (at time of review) it offers an affordable first taste, and I think that this has given me confidence to give it a go.The set itself comprises of some very well-made straps, buckles, and pedals/ handles. The exercises range and are clearly aimed at different areas of focus.Like many, I opted to use the door anchors as we don't have 'bars' at home to attach, and so far so good - I am competently performing (albeit with caution!) some of the exercises.Pros* Brilliant set - everything covered to perform multiple exercises* Nicely presented with a colour manual/ guide (it's a bit on the small side, with v. small images tho)* Lots of value: The components are strong and well made, and everything oozes quality. Which is great, considering that you're basically putting a lot of faith into this stuff to stop you smashing your face into the foor :-)Cons* None... but a video guide would have been useful. Not a big deal, but sometimes these things are better learned by demonstration.OverallI'm only really dabbling with this at the moment, so looking forward to using more and getting stronger with it!

    I was worried this would fall short of the TRX kit in gym but the quality is at least as good as the branded gear at less than a third of the price. You can buy this with confidence - it’s very sturdy and will really last.
