I was very sceptical to try it. My lips have been dry and flaky my whole life, and the older lip stains in the past from other brands which are drippy and watery tend to just clump in the dry parts of my lips, creating a very uneven tone. Lipsticks never worked very well either - they all eventually dry and cake up on my lips unevenly. Finally, a product that gives me an even and natural lip colour enhancement without gathering in the dry parts of my lips. I bought it in Charming as I am light-medium skin tone, and a Winter colour analysis season, and I need something with a bit more colour on my lips and in a red or berry shade to look my best. This is it - Charming is indeed, an accurate medium berry shade lip colour. My natural lip colour is very pale pink, almost whitish. This however, gives my lips a rosy, berry coloured tint. It looks like I put lipstick on. Because my lips are always dry, they need lip balm applied every few hours on to keep them moist. It used to be that applying lip balm with whatever lip colour product I use would cause the lip colour to smear or fade. That meant constant reapplication, which is tiresome. I'm low maintenance. This product is the holy grail! Now I can use lip balm on top of it to keep my lips moisturised, while not having to reapply lip colour constantly. I'm sold! I've bought Adore, XOXO, and Glamorous as well. Adore is like a peachy rose, very natural peachy tint. XOXO is more of a natural rosey shade, so as you can see in my pictures, Adore has more of a peachy, golden tint compared to XOXO. Adore and XOXO are what Wonderskin calls "fresh tints" (there are 3 fresh tint shades) they don't offer as much coverage as the other Wonderskin colours. I have two toned lips and the darker edges of my lips are still visible after applying the fresh tint shades. It looks really natural, like I put a tinted lip balm on, but the bonus is it stays all day even when I put my lip balm on, and I don't have to reapply. I don't recommend using fresh tints if you're wanting a more opaque colour coverage. Glamorous is an accurate, classic red, suitable for all skin tones.After applying this product, my lips felt tingly and a bit numb. Very easy to remove product with a wet tissue. I did not scrub my lips at all prior to application, I just put some Aquaphor to moisturise, and colour result was fine, not at all patchy. Whenever lips are moistened (by licking, or in this case, by using a wet tissue to remove the product) and then wiped dry, they inevitably get a bit dry. This is normal for my lips, and the lip stain is not to blame for this. I simply put on some Aquaphor afterwards and my lips are good to go. Lasts for a good few hours.Micellar water removes a large amount of the stain, so I use it to remove any leftover stains at night before bed, or if the stain is too much, I dampen it by wiping with tissue soaked with micellar water.

I've tried other stains which had good reviews and top names but they just didn't stain but this actually does. Stays on even after eating and drinking. No more lipstick bleeds for me . Can use lip balm too to keep lips moist and gives a glossy look. Definitely recommend. So pleased I've finally found a great lipstain. Pricey but worth every penny

The product smells like parma violets to me so quite nice and was a little tingly when applied but nothing uncomfortable. It took two thick applications to get the coverage and colour. I didn't buy the activated, but just stretched my lips to crack the coating then used a damp cotton wool pad with the double sided, soft or textured side which took everything off cleanly. To be honest, the colour was very candy pink and not really as shown on the examples. It didnβt last very long after eating scrambled egg on toast hence needing another coat. I topped the second coat with a clear lip plumper and it looked good for most of the day but I didn't eat anything and only had a cup of tea so maybe why. It didn't dry my lips out and was easy to apply. I have read that the more pigmented colours last better than the natural and sheer colours so I might give one of those a go. I also didn't exfoliate before as my lips are generally pretty hydrated but might try next time and see if it helps.

This viral lipstain is all over tiktok. You paint it on and it's bright blue and after a 40-60 seconds, wipe it off with a damp tissue/kitchen towel . I ordered Romance ,Sweetheart and Beautiful. I love all the colours and as long as you exfoliate lips beforehand they are not patchy and last a good amount of time ....especially when topped off with lip balm .Bolo is awesome because I ordered 3 items and they were delivered the next day . I also ordered from Wonderskin almost a week ago . No sign of product.Get your stains from Bolo! Prompt delivery and excellent price ! Highly recommend.

Despite thinking it was very expensive, after reading the good reviews I thought Iβd give this product a try.Firstly the colour is not as shown in the advert photos, I ordered βlovelyβ but itβs much more deep red than the chestnut brown it is described as.I followed the guide exactly, sometimes I left it on for longer than advised before wiping off, and it does work by leaving your lips tinted. However, my lips were extremely dry after using this product, uncomfortably so. It absolutely cannot be used alone, always needed a lip balm or gloss on afterwards.Secondly, it does not define your lips well, it gives a blurred/smudged appearance around the edges, so I found I would need to use a lipliner as well.Thirdly, I find it does not last all day, maybe 6 hours at most, even without much eating or drinking, but generally after 3-4 hours itβs hardly noticeable.Finally, and most importantly, the tube has barely lasted! Iβve probably used it no more than 15 times and the tube is nearly empty, I am struggling to get any product out. Compared to other lip products of the same size, Iβve had lipglosses last for years, if not decades. In fact I donβt think Iβve ever had a lipgloss run out!Overall very disappointed considering how expensive this product is, and how many other products were needed to be used alongside it. I sadly wonβt be buying again.

I have never really worn lipstick because every single one that I've ever tried just goes all bitty on my lips after a very short time. I've tried everything including exfoliating first. This lip stain works brilliantly. I apply it first thing with my make up and it last nearly the whole day; despite numerous applications of Blistex or Camex rubbed over it. Love it!
Works great and love the color
Put this on my lips waited just a few minutes. Had to wipe it off with a damp cloth, but the color is absolutely beautiful and does stay on most of the day without having to reapply. I love it.
Worth the money!
This stain works well and lasts almost an entire NYE Party worth of drinking! That's pretty solid. I've been told other lip stains burn, but this one does not sting or burn at all. However, the activator spray does sting a little bit on my face (around my mouth, not on my lips) I have sensitive skin so it may just be for me. It's not terrible either but it's also not necessary as I don't feel like it peels off like they show in the videos and it still stains your fingers. Better to just use a black wash cloth to remove. Regardless, I am in love with this stain!!

Helps me look less like a sick Victorian child
Okay so just for reference, I am a pale girl. We're talking the sun has not touched my genes in probably centuries and if the weather forecast says it's going to be sunny, I preemptively burn. So, I need a little bit of help if I don't want to look like the ghost of Christmas past. If I knew anything at all about make-up, I'd probably be a lipstick girl, but alas, I am absolutely useless at doing anything past a few basic techniques that I picked up from the wonderful world of youtube back in the day. I also tend to prefer a very natural sort of look for my own personal taste.I was very much influenced by social media on this one, and it's one of those cases where I'm glad I was influenced because I will end up keeping this in my makeup bag for years to come. I really don't wear or own lipstick, but this adds a nice pop of color to my lips that definitely brightens up my face. The stain itself is VERY subtle. It could pass for my lips but slightly more vibrant, which is exactly the look I am going for. If you are hoping for something more dramatic, you might want to look elsewhere.Do not believe the videos that show this peeling off. This isn't that kind of product. Swipe it on like a lipgloss - a heavier coating is better - and then let it sit for about a minute or so. I usually use a damp tissue to remove it and this works really well.A couple quick tips:1) Make sure your lips are nice and exfoliated. This is really true of anything that stains your lips, but just so you don't end up with sort of a weird patchy effect, make sure your lips are free of dead skin.2) Do this before you do any sort of foundation, unless you're an absolute wizard at wiping because otherwise you'll need to redo the makeup around your lips.Overall I think this is a nice option if you want something very subtle that will last for a reasonable amount of time. It's not an all day sort of product, at least not for me, but it does the job if I'm going out.
