I bought these some time ago for a birthday party. Trying to be eco friendly. I thought I’d go for a natural product. Tonight, the evening before, I thought I’d take them out to rinse and dry off before using. Inside the packaging they looked fine but just look at the photo. A significant proportion looked mouldy. I wouldn’t want to eat off them. I couldn’t give them to my guests in that condition. I’ve tried to complain through Bolo but not been able to find the right path. I can’t return them as I’ve missed the deadline - that’ll teach me to plan ahead. I’m so disappointed. Now I’ll have to rush out and get replacements .

These plates look really grim in real life, and nothing like the stock images in the listing. They generally look a bit dirty, as if they’re already starting to mould, so I really regret buying them. Definitely not suitable for hosting or serving food

Ideal for nice functions
Pricey when compared to other disposable plates, but they hold up extremely well and are ideal for nicer functions. We did buffet style at our wedding and wanted to stay as price conscious and eco-friendly as possible. We had guests ask us if they were really disposable, since they were so nice!

Very sturdy and durable plates. Comparable to VerTerra in quality. No odor either. Used these for hors' oeuvres and cake. Would purchase it again!

They are ok and a good idea but they are inconsistent. About 5 of the 25 were split and unusable when we received them. Not from shipping but a production problem. Some were thicker and stronger than others. The 8” square were better than the 10” round.
