    I had high expectations when purchasing the Tineco Floor ONE S7 PRO, but the reality of this product is extremely disappointing.False Advertising: The version I received is not the model I was expecting based on the description. The 'Electrolyzed Water' feature and the LCD screen, which were prominently advertised, are missing. Instead, I got a downgraded version with a basic LED screen and fewer buttons—this was not disclosed at the time of purchase.Terrible Brush Design: The roller brush fails to dry properly, leaving a bad odor after every use. Tineco's solution? They expect me to manually remove and dry the roller every single time! For a product in this price range, this is absurd. It’s supposed to make cleaning easier, not create extra work.Ineffective Cleaning Solution: The cleaning solution does not perform as promised. It leaves the floors looking streaky and dull, not the "like-new shine" they claim. The quality of cleaning is well below what you would expect from a product marketed as top-tier.Poor Customer Support: After contacting Tineco with my concerns, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the real issues, they sent me a generic cleaning guide that did nothing to solve the problems with the brush or the odor.For the price, I expected a product that would simplify cleaning and live up to its promises. Unfortunately, this is not it. If you’re considering this vacuum, save yourself the frustration and look for a better alternative.

    I had one of these hoovers for less than a year before it stopped working after exchanging 14 emails I got told nothing the can do no repair centres in uk !!! So be prepared to just lose money on it .

    Odkurzacz jest świetny. Żałuję że tak późno go kupiłam. Odkurza i myje jednocześnie, nie zostawia smug i ma opcję samooczyszczenia dzięki której musimy tylko wylać brudną wodę i już jest wszytsko załatwione. Super produkt polecam.

    J’ai attendu 2 mois d’utilisation avant de mettre une note afin d’avoir un retour plus fidèle. La prise en mais est très simple bien qu’il faut s’y habituer, venant d’un aspirateur traîneau.Points positifs: simple d’utilisation, notamment avec le aide du début et un grand écran très sympa; contenant à eau tout juste suffisant pour notre appartement de 115m2, la batterie est également suffisante en mode auto (Il me reste environ 30% de charge). Utilisé uniquement avec le produit recommandé pour l’instant, il ne laisse que peu d’odeur et lave plutôt bien le sol. Je gagne clairement la moitié du temps à passer uniquement cet aspirateur laveur plutôt que l’aspirateur traîneau et la serpillère. Pour faire court, il fait bien le job. En même temps pour le prix c’est la moindre des choses. Après l’utilisation il faut compter 10min pour nettoyer l’aspirateur, même après le nettoyage automatique. Cela reste néanmoins assez simple.Points négatifs: Les tâches de nourritures (compote par ex) sèches de la veille (j’ai un enfant en bas age) s’enlèvent après de nombreux passages, ou en appuyant et en forçant un peu l’appareil. Ça m’arrive parfois à devoir gratter avec l’ongle afin d’accélérer le processus, mais ça reste un échec pour l’aspirateur.Il y a une aide moteur au niveau des roues de l’aspi qui permet d’aider le mouvement de va et vient de celui ci, mais cela ne fonctionne pas toujours correctement. A savoir, si je tire l’aspirateur vers moi, le moteur va faire tourner les roues dans ce sens, mais en voulant par la suite le repousser, les roues tournent continuent de tourner dans le sens de tirage et le repousser devient difficile ou compliqué.Chose logique mais embêtante car on y pense pas forcément lors de l’achat, l’aspirateur ne passe pas sous les meubles assez bas. La tête d’aspiration doit garder un angle minimum avec le corps de l’aspirateur. Le dessous des meubles même avec 30 cm de hauteur ne permettent donc pas d’être nettoyés correctement. Ce qui veut dire acheter un swiffer ou un autre aspirateur complémentaire.Enfin, il n’est pas possible de juste aspirer (et ne pas utiliser la fonction lavante) pour un besoin d’aspirer un coup ponctuellement sous la table après un repas, par exemple.En bref, je recommande car il fonctionne très bien, il fait gagner du temps malgré un prix important. L’écran est plus que sympa et son utilisation très simple. Mais il faut un second moyen de nettoyage pour les meubles bas et ça c’est mon plus gros reproche.

    È la migliore ma non troverete ricambi neanche il rullo o filtro originali dopo poche volte che L ho usata si è già crepata la plastica trasparente che sta sul rullo quindi prevedo che dopo pochi mesi di utilizzo la posso buttare non ne vale la pena meglio comprare dreame h12 pro costa la metà e si trovano i ricambi

    Après 2 mois d’utilisation je rédige mon commentaire sur le produit Tineco s7 pro✅: - Gain de temps soit 15 minutes de nettoyage par jour pour mon apparte de 56m2 - Nettoie parfaitement bien aucune trace au séchage - Leger et maniable grâce a l’assistance smooth power - Prend très peu de place❌: dans 2 pièces de mon apparte les roues patine, ce qui est parfois un peu gênant mais pas désagréable.Le ménage est devenu un jeu d’enfant. Je le recommande à 100% à tout les futurs acquéreurs qui hésite encore.
