    The media could not be loaded. I wanted an 800*800 to fit the space and there is a limited range of mirrors in this size. So it ticks the box for size first of all.Second, I wanted a mirror with a separate switch for the heater, so it's not always on whenever the lights are on. - this wins here too.Third, I wanted forward-facing white lights where you can change the colour temperature and brightness - tick.Finally, I hadn't thought I needed rainbow chasing lights but since they came with the package I wasn't going to object. My son loves them (and so do I).

    Poor customer service with asked to take away the faulty mirrorThe original mirror glass was smashed which the company replaced but didn’t take away the old mirror. Was told in put out in garbage.The mirror is over 22kgs and too big to fit in my car - won’t be taken in wheelie bin so stuck with it in the house.Very poor response from the company - be warned

    Well made. Great Packaging.prompt delivery service.Possible improvements for future product grades:1. Ability to switch off standby light, but I like it on, energy rating is good.2. Ability to have day, date, time and maybe weather temp icon indicator although not essential.3. Built in Magnifier would have been a plus, but not a deal breaker.4. A remote control and maybe voice control, alexa built in option, or clap gesture control mode would have blown my socks away.All in All, I think this is a great product, it has definitely given me some zen in my step everytime I go to the bathroom.

    The mirror itself is good, functions correctly.But.The light strip if not difused! Whitch makes it look very ugly from the sides...Also when the inner light is on you can see the LED strip through the frosted glass... it looks horrible.

    Purchased 4 of these mirrors in 4 different sizes.All have a shadow fault at the bottom .I’d paid an electrician to install!!Fault can be seen when light is on and off .
