5.0 out of 5 stars Really informative
This was super speedy and the customer service was quick, friendly and super helpful. The test itself confirmed what I suspected. Surprise was the gut health part. Had antibiotics recently and the test picked up my gut flora wasn't so good. That proved to me the test was spot on.The results are easy to read and understand. Great information to have when making food choices 👍
5.0 out of 5 stars Advanced sensitivity test
Ordered 2 tests for my mum and myself as both been having lots of indigestion and bloating etc.The tests were ordered and delivered the same day from Bolo. Nice small kit but easy to follow guidelines. Followed instructions and registered the test , received instant email response with further instructions of how to complete and return the sample. It prob would help if the kit included a small bag as instructed to place sample in prior to putting in return Freepost envelope ,but small detail. Posted back and email received the day after to say it had been delivered. Then to our surprise …email results came in a couple of days later. Appear very clear with good interpretation of results. Some foods we know we are sensitive too didn’t show up however we have already stopped eating them so No they wouldn’t show up.All in all a great test kit, easy to use and very fast delivery. Clear results and spot on communication. We will now be more aware of certain triggers and avoid where possible. To us This test is a guideline to possible triggers so well worth the cost.
1.0 out of 5 stars SCAM
This is a scam everyone! I’m reporting them to a Trading Standards Officer for false advertising. The actual test they end up doing is some new age nonsense involving ‘bio resonance testing’. Let me post the reply from their customer service explaining their method‘This method involves analysing the electromagnetic frequencies emitted by the hair sample. The test evaluates the body’s response to these frequencies, which correspond to various substances or items. By detecting changes in electromagnetic waves, bioresonance testing identifies potential sensitivities or intolerances to certain foods, environmental factors, or other substances. During the test, the hair sample is exposed to specific frequencies associated with different items or substances, and the equipment measures the body’s reaction, providing insights into potential sensitivities. This non-invasive method is suitable for most individuals.Bioresonance testing is a diagnostic technique rooted in the principles of quantum physics. It involves analysing the energetic frequencies emitted by a hair sample, which acts as a unique “biological fingerprint” of an individual. These frequencies are compared against a database containing information on various substances such as foods, nonfood items, vitamins, minerals, metals, enzymes, and bacteria. Recognising that all matter emits specific frequencies, bioresonance testing assesses the body’s response to different substances. By measuring the hair sample’s frequencies and comparing them to those of substances in the database, the test can identify potential sensitivities or imbalances within the body. The process begins with submitting a hair sample and relevant personal information, which helps contextualise the test results. Advanced bioresonance equipment then analyses the sample, detecting energetic deficits or deviations associated with specific substances. The comprehensive database used allows for thorough assessments of an individual’s health profile, and a detailed report is generated after testing, outlining any identified potential sensitivities or imbalances and guiding the development of personalised wellness plans tailored to address specific health needs.Bioresonance testing is quickly growing in popularity. As an alternate and non-invasive method for identifying potential intolerances. It offers a great balance of accuracy, speed and affordability. This ensures you can get the answers you’re looking for to enable you to make changes to their diet. And your client can stop experiencing the unpleasant and uncomfortable symptoms of food intolerances. Throughout our many years of bioresonance hair testing, thousands of customers have informed us how these tests have changed their life and eased their unwanted symptoms. Sensitivity testing is a great starting point to identify potential dietary and lifestyle changes which can have a profound impact upon one’s life. Please note, bioresonance therapy is categorised under Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAMs) which covers a wide range of therapies that fall outside mainstream medicine. 5.0 out of 5 stars Comprehensive Report
This service is very reasonably priced, simple to complete and promptly analysed and reported back. A Comprehensive Report is provided by e mail and in my case confirmed some suspicions I already had regarding food sensitivities. Report provides advice regarding diet and offers a contact line for any clarity required. Highly Recommended Service.
5.0 out of 5 stars Quick Results
Very impressed with the quick results, and how comprehensive they are. It is quite clear that I am going to have to drop a couple of food groups to see whether my IBS improves, and it's really useful to have these identified for me.
3.0 out of 5 stars Very difficult process to register.
I wasn't very happy ordering this product as the whole process relies on using the internet. However I put in an offer and the package arrived the same day. Inside is a bar code and qr code and reference number. I logged into the website and tried over and over to enter the reference number with no luck. I tried to capture the qr code, but it was hopeless as it cannot be recognised by my tablet. I tried e mailing the company but as it was late by then I didn't get a response.I then thought maybe I would have more luck with my phone, but again the qr code is too small and fuzzy to be recognised. In desperation I tried entering the code and to my amazement it worked! However, I then got back an e mail asking me to download some more information and print it. If there is a way to print from a phone I don't know it, so I have up and decided to return the whole thing. Next day I did get an e mail about my initial problem and was told to write out my details as I couldn't print them. I did all that was asked but when I came to fill in the details on the return envelope it asked for an order number. Absolutely baffled by this time I again e mailed the company asking where to find this as no correspondence or e mailed mentioned this. As I got no response I wrote down my Bolo order number and posted the envelope off.As the whole process could have been simplified by just filling in my details on the envelope provided and putting it into a post box I can't understand why it was so overcomplicated. I spent literally days trying to get done something which should have taken 5 minutes. I await results without much hope.
Nicest support people.
Loved the report, easy test to do. You. Could spend three times as much and not get the same. It was so good my wife wants to do one now, and she knows quality testing and report as she's a phlebotomist.
So many results
It took longer than I thought to get the results. Other than that it showed so many results and so much information on it all! So worth it!
Initial impressions VERY poor
I am in the process of getting my kit ready to send and here are the problems I have encountered so far:1. A QR code needs to be scanned so the test can be registered and a form completed online. Unfortunately, I have a very small phone and it is extremely difficult to type things into a small screen. It would be much more helpful of a choice was given to scan the bar code or go to a website to register. I would have preferred to type in a website on a computer so I could see the screen with which I was working.2. When I encountered this and other issues, there was no contact information given (no phone, email, or anything else) to allow me to get questions answered.3. Because I was excited to get the process started, I collected the hair samples as soon as I opened the package and before I scanned the QR. (note: the QR message says "Scan QR to activate test" whis I interpreted as registering the test so I saw no need to do this before I collected the sample and sealed it in the envelope. Not so -- there are additional instructions online (see next item)4. Instructions provided with the kit say "collect 3-4 strands of head hair. . . and place into the sample wallet. Complete the details on your sample wallet." After I had done that, I read the online version which says the hairs should be put into a plastic bag to protect them from humidity (why was this not included?) My samples were already sealed in the wallet.5) Instructions on the kit say to them mail the sample. WRONG. The instructions emailed to me want me to print out a piece of paper, cut out something in the corner, and include it with what I mail. This (1) assumes that I have a functioning printer, and (2) provides no more information than what I have already entered onto the wallet cover.6) I am about to put the sample wallet into the larger envelope and mail. ANd I need to go to the post office to buy the postage!!!For the price of this kit (which contains all of two envelopes and two pieces of paper), I think it was reasonable to expect the company would provide their own plastic bag for humidity control and a return envelope with pre-paid postage, as well as complete and accurate instructions in the materials that arrived in the mail AND a way to contact them if there were questions. I do hope the quality of the results is better than the quality of the product so far. Their "registration" provides a short list of food sensitivities so I trust that everything I already know is sensitive will show up in the results. If the company has confidence in their testing, why is it necessary to even ask these questions?
Do this before you try an elimination diet to “feel” better.
I took the test feeling desperate to figure out what was making me sick. I’ve done two elimination diets and found them hard to stick with. Also found out with this test I am highly sensitive to 3 of the core foods I consumed daily- coconut for example. The test was easy to do and send. Test takes a while to get to lab for processing - 3-4 weeks for me. It would have been nice to know that upfront. They are responsive to questions and keep you updated as your sample moves through processing steps.
Who Knew?
I learned so much from taking this sensitivity test! I've discovered that I am highly reactive to some of the foods and drinks that I regularly consume. Which makes sense, because I always felt foggy, always a little ill, constant tummy problems, etc. Cutting out most of these things has made a huge difference already, and it's only been a couple of weeks. I'm feeling more alert, energetic, no more tummy problems. This test is a life changer for anyone who has these vague symptoms that the doctors have been unable to help with. Well worth the money!
