Edited as have to say that I had a problem with my original as we think it was defective as it wasBroken / not working and was less than 3 months old and had not really used that much.I messaged the company and they went through a few problem solving steps first but when clear that was not resolving the issue they arranged to send a replacement.I am a happy customer as it was clear they were not wanting disappointed customers and they were keen to resolve the problem quickly and effectively - the best customer care I have had for a while - thank-you !

This little gadget is one of the best things I have ever bought, it’s blown my socks off! The DAC is so good I now have the volume 1/3 of what it was and extraordinary audio quality, it is so good to have a decent pair of wired, over the ear headphones again. I think it was criminal to take the headphone jack out of gadgets, I’ve rediscovered the joy of watching films again on my iPad Pro. It’s also light so you are not aware of it. Cannot recommend highly enough, buy it - you won’t be disappointed!

I got the first one at the end of October worked great.. then after a couple of weeks the sound stopped working with the earbuds and the podcasts I was listening to were being broadcasting into my bedroom at 3/4 am, waking up my hubby ( i listen when i cant sleep) so I get in touch with Stouchi and they kindly sent me a new Jack/Charger which I've used about 6/7 times.....and its doing the same again. What a messing about this is 😠 don't waste your money

I love this product. I did initially have an issue as it was faulty, but the company got in touch with me, were great support & sent me a replacement. I really appreciate how they handled my problem. This product is much needed due to the type of phone I have & not having a separate earphone port

Good communications with seller. The adapter I initially bought had some faults but the seller contacted me and sent a replacement. Although the replacement doesn't have the fast charging feature, the sound is very clear and my mic also works.

As my title suggests my new iPad is USB C and has no headphone Jack. Now I can use my wired noise cancelling head phones which means I have entertainment in the house or plane and not interfering with other people. Great piece of kit and worth every penny. 👍

Spare yourself the grief and expense.I purchased this to replace an adapter I already had. For the price I was expecting it to be working just like the old one which supported Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and unfortunately it seems that this adapter doesn't support that charging protocol (most modern smartphone manufactures are adapting to it)In fact, this will allow my battery to drain whilst on charge! Not to mention the time it takes for a phone to recognize the adapter being plugged in, can take 2 full minutes from plugging in the adapter to being able to play music and change.Quite frankly not worth itThe device tested on is a Xiaomi 11T Pro. Used many Type-C/3.5mm to Type -C adapters on this phone with no issues.Although it does work to play music hence the two stars. "Yay"Won't buy again! And don't recommend it.

Gibt nichts zu meckern. Funktioniert einwandfrei mit meinem Google Smartphone und den Kopfhörern meiner Wahl. Empfehlenswert.
Worthless
Worked for about 2 weeks and then promptly died. My suspicion is that that the board and components can't handle the heat generated by quick-charging and listening to audio simultaneously. Don't waste your money on this utter polished turd.
