The ring is supposed to be screwed to the adhesive base by means of the attached hinge. However the screw on the base is not long enough to reach the receiving thread in the hinge! Ridiculous design! It can't be assembled, it is going straight back.

It was easy to affix but looks a bit cheap. The ring doesn't move freely.It's probably worth spending a bit more for a better product in hindsight
