The machine makes a very good cup, but the bean is probably the most important thing! It is very easy to use, we are still trying different coffee beans although we have a favourite! I have found the recommended settings work very well, easy to clean and good value.

We have had a Sage machine for a while and when that developed a problem and we couldn't find anyone to repair it, we bought this DeLonghi machine instead. We love it. Just as sturdy as our Sage machine. We were sceptical about the grinder guide, but wow, no mess, so we are hooked. The steamer stops automatically and everything about the machine is great. Cleaning is easy, but can take an hour with all the rinses, but the machine is doing all that. My only criticism is the location of the on/off button on the side, it looks us ages to find it the first time! Otherwise a brilliant machine for the money, and as good as, if not better than, our old Sage machine.

The media could not be loaded. it’s really good and easy to install and use. I almost used it every day. It has a variation of whatever you want to do with this machine. There is espresso long black and hot water as option. especially you can use the steam stick heat up the milk in 20 seconds!

The media could not be loaded. I just used this machine for 3 months, average two double espresso per day,it started to decrease coffee flow to one-fourth after 3 months (without any change on coffe beans, tamping, etc.,.) contacted with customer service.They took the machine but after 2 hours they sent the email that the machine had been delivered to them; I got another email that the machine was ready.When I received the machine just the machine was wet but even, they didn't bother themselves to do a test run with its portafilter as even the tape that I made around portafilter hasn't been opened.Long story short that when I started the machine, I saw that it is working worse than the time that I haven't been send that to customer service, tried to contact them again but still no response

Easy to set up and use, make great coffee to your own taste in your own kitchen.Spend a little time researching coffee on YouTube, work out what you like and don't like and then adjust the multiple settings to suit.

I bought this machine after some careful consideration of a few models at differing price points.I chose this because it looked nice, the reviews were largely good and ease of use to get a good cup of coffee was imperative - I am by any stretch a barista!Arrived quickly, easy to set up and was straight on with making my coffees and trying to understand whats what.I have had this a few months now, it looks great, it makes great coffee (around 6 per day), its simple to clean and all round I am very pleased with it.In terms of where it falls short (bearing in mind i have nothing to compare it to!). The grinder doesnt come apart to clean (had no issues with it either so moot point) and the descale light has been on 3 times, we are hardwater but not sure whether it does this based on a timer or based on limescale deposit.In short, really pleased with it and if I ever had to replace I would defo buy it again!
