I was apprehensive about buying this type of supplement. However when i made it, the quality was fantastic. I didn’t use it in a smoothie because i wanted to assess its taste and mixability in water. It was brilliant! The taste was great and it mixed easily using a teaspoon. Given the health benefits this is a fantastic product and great value for money especially when pitted against much more expensive alternatives. Definitely will be making a staple in my morning routine.

I appreciate the convenience of FS Greens for integrating essential nutrients into my diet, especially since achieving optimal nutrition solely from food can be challenging. Alongside a diet rich in fish and vegetables, FS Greens enhances my nutrient intake, significantly reduces bloating, boosts energy cleanly, and even eases hangover symptoms. Surprisingly, the mango flavour is quite nice, a notable achievement given my usual aversion to artificial mango tastes (of all "fruit" tastes, mango is by far the worst). While it's not a chocolate milkshake, it's far more enjoyable than similar products, which often have unpleasant odours and aftertaste. FS Greens stands out in this regard, offering a competitive price and a seamless addition to my daily routine. I would note, that if you don't have this in about a pint of water, you get a lot of sediment at the bottom. I've found that at least 550ml (a pint, in other words) and a very vigorous mix will get you a smooth drink with hardly any sediment at the bottom of your drink.

Despite the product claiming to be all natural / good for your stomach, apparently it contains sweeteners. Unfortunately I noticed it too late, but it's worth to consider if you're actually buying it for stomach issues like myself. Just get one that's actually fully natural.Edit: Correcting this to 4* as the seller was super helpful and got this sorted out for me. As a side note, if you're not sensitive to sweeteners the product is fine, and it actually tastes quite nice too.
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing! The best greens that I've ever had (and I've tried a lot of them!)
The media could not be loaded. I've tried a lot of different 'greens' products over the years, including various powders and also juicing raw greens of various types. Most of the powders are extremely foul tasting and are very difficult to mix into water. FS Greens are a miracle by comparison and are a complete game changer for me.The first amazing thing is that FS Greens almost completely dissolve into water. Just drop a heaped teaspoon in a glass of water, stir for 5-10 seconds and the greens are fully drinkable (see my video). The taste isn't too bad either. Greens like this are never going to taste amazing but the flavour is perfectly palatable and I no longer dread drinking my greens first thing every morning. If the flavour does bother you, just mix these greens into any kind of fruit juice or smoothie and you'll hardly be able to taste the 'green' element at all.As for the ingredients and the product itself - since using these greens for just over a week I've noticed that I have more energy; I feel more balanced; my skin and nails are healthier and I just feel great! The ingredients list includes a lot of things that other greens products don't, and the overall blend is spot on.Please Free Soul - never stop making this product because I want to keep using it forever!

So I bought this as people said there were no bits but mine is full of bits and tastes like I’m swallowing powder. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. That being said it tastes ok

I take this in water as a daily drink and find it better than AG1 and cheaper, I’ve tried others (Rheal Berry Beauty) but will stick to this from now on .

So I've been using this for a month now and in all honesty it's brilliant! I've even been promoting it to friends and family. I hardly leave my flat due to anxiety issues, so exercise isn't something I can do easily, iam on a diet as well but I fully believe that this product has been helping towards it, I've lost 1 stone in the month using it, I've felt a lot more alert, a lot of energy and my digestive system seems to have improved a hell of a lot. The only thing I will say if you plan on using it, is use a pint glass and a long spoon to mix it, or a blender. It can sometimes leave powder floating or bits at the bottom of the glass if you don't stir it enough. But get the right amount on a tea spoon, stir it really well and add some ice, you've got a really nice refreshing drink that boosts your energy and immune system. 👌
