    I took Iodine a while back and it was super beneficial for me. More awake, less daily tiredness and a few health problems solved. I sould never have stopped.Bought these for the long lasting pack and the high degree of PI contained.I will update this after two months to give this product a better review.Just to say, there is a reason Iodine was once used to purify drinking water.This is one of the hugely beneficial natural supplements to life.

    I added these to my daily supplements and I’ve found that they do have a noticeable effect. But this is also a little strong for me.I found after first taking them that they caused an odd feeling. Nothing too worrying but similar to if you take supplements on an empty stomach, which I didn’t do. I’d imagine they are just strong.They seem to do the same as the other supplement I use so they are all good on that front. The price is on par with others so overall they are a good choice.

    Iodine (potassium iodide) is one of those things that has not been promoted much in the UK but those who do use it appear to swear by it - here I am ready to be convinced!Aside from using the supplement in the case of nuclear fallout (!) the suggested dosage from the FDA is 150mcg per day for adult men with slightly more (220/290 mag) for pregnant and lactating women. You'l notice that these are 400mcg per day, so they are pretty strong. And you get 400 days - obviously more than a year - worth of supply,Iodine is absorbed by the thyroid and you can definitely have too much of it. You should do you research and possibly have blood tests to see what your base levels are and if this is right for you.If you do decide to take it, this pack is good value. Comes with a long use-by date and is UK made.Five stars.

    This is something I began taking a few weeks ago after various bits of research lead me too it. There seems to be a lot of potential benefits and so I am intrigued to see how it goes over the coming months.- Seems to be a good strength per tablet (400mcg of potassium per tablet)- A whopping 12 months supply- No problems taking it as not big- Free of GMOs and gluten.- Made and apparently certified in the UK- Works out at excellent value for money

    These tablets are very easy to swallow and they have no taste. My husband takes one tablet every morning and he said he feels energised and his headache has stopped, he thinks it is helping with his hormones as his hair stopped falling.
