The toothbrush arrived already charged. So far, I have found it perfect for my needs: my old electric toothbrush was far too big & clumsy, and harsh. The Suri is soft & slender which in practical terms means it is easy to hold and negotiate around every tooth, nook & cranny thoroughly and softly, leaving my teeth squeaky clean. I really like that it turns off automatically after a couple of minutes, and that it is so smooth there is v. little splatter. It's great that you can park it in that little magnet thingy that just sticks on the tiles with no sticky mess. With my old set-up, I never took it with me on trips because it and the case was too heavy & bulky and I needed to take the charger. The Suri is so neat & tidy with a long charge I can pack it into my tote no problem. Last but by no means least it is apparently sustainable. Hurrah!

Very light and easy to hold. Not cumbersome like my last Oral B. Plus a better clean too. Not cheap but good value, nicely designed . I like it !

I feel like it's the cleanest my teeth have ever been. It is a pricy toothbrush, luckily I got it on a prime day deal but I really feel it's worth the expense. My teeth feel like I've just had a clean at the dentist. I've previously used other electric toothbrushes and there is usually drips and mess at the bottom where they stand. This toothbrush is much sleeker and the magnetised holder keeps it out off the way with no mess or drips. The battery lasts for so long without charging. I also bought the case which I've used when travelling. This is also used to clean the brush once a week. This is the only charging I have done. The toothbrush is really quiet as well. Some other toothbrushes feel like they're really rattling around in your mouth. This one doesn't do that. It's quiet and doesn't vibrate very much at all. I would 100% recommend this toothbrush.

2 months with SURI and no complains. had a Panasonic before that cost me almost £300 and does the same job without all the unnecessary "functions", perhaps SURI feels a tad less powerful? but sill great cleaning with 2 functions, clean and whitening, i dont need anything else. I bough the travel case as its also a charger and it cleans the toothbrush. The charge is amazing it lasts for ages. the magnet pebble looks great i use it on my mirror to keep the brush handy. Its a great design, aluminum body, a little bit longer than my panasonic, but doesnt bother me. best of all it's about a 1/3 of the price of a sonic care.

First off, let's talk about the clean. My teeth feel absolutely brilliant after using it. No gunk left behind, just that proper fresh feeling. Battery life's cracking as well - I haven't had to charge it in weeks, which is a world away from my old Oral B.Now, the thing I really like is that it's kind to the environment. They've made the brush heads out of plant-based stuff, and everything feels recyclable which is bang on. Price-wise, it's definitely not cheap, but it's not silly money either. You're paying for a quality bit of kit here.Looks-wise, it's a right stunner. Nice and sleek, feels good in the hand despite being a fair bit slimmer than my old brush. Makes a surprisingly hefty weight too, feels proper well-made. Cracking little feature is the magnetic holder that sticks to the mirror. Keeps the brush up off the side, so it dries out nicely - no more gunk build-up from sitting in its own mess.Honestly, I can't recommend this enough. If you're after a top-notch electric brush that's good for your teeth and the planet, the Suri's a belter.

I adore this toothbrush. It took me a few minutes to get use to the different way it cleans more like a laser feel …. Weird but it’s really good. Also love the colour. If a toothbrush could be pretty this is it. Very stylish and box thingy (can’t remember what you’ve called it :) ) is very slim unlike other brush cases I’ve had in the past. I’ve just ordered some brush heads for stock in the same colour just in case can’t get them for different reason. I do hope this company doesn’t disappear coz you’ve a great product. Yes tad expensive but it’s lovely and to be honest worth it.feels lovely to hold not bulky with tons of different modes. I did see some reviews going on about paint coming off which put me off. But don’t be it’s very stylish and my teeth feel so clean when using it .. suppose better mention the clean ! Excellent brush . Love it Would definitely recommend. Oh and charges from usb which is convenient when travelling. Haven’t tested battery life so can’t comment. Go on treat yourself. Gosh I sound like an advert lol 😂 I’m not by the way in any way connected to the company. Wish I was though, 😁 great item

I love this toothbrush!! It's such excellent quality and a gorgeous colour! My teeth feel so much cleaner than using regular electric toothbrushes as this feels more powerful and intricate! It's super easy to use with one button and a couple of settings to adapt to your needs. It's also very quiet which is amazing and the battery lasts for ages!! Boxed beautifully and comes with everything you need - including a mirror mount for a tidy bathroom! I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend to anyone who wants the healthiest teeth possible! I'm excited to continue using it - thank you for such a great product!
Best toothbrush I've ever owned
This is hands-down the best toothbrush I've ever owned.Minimalistic, thoughtfully designed, and effective. It cleans your teeth very very well and the toothbrush itself is very clean. The water doesn't drip down and create a mess like other toothbrushes (oral-b).I tried a $50 Oral-B before this and had to throw it out because it was so messy and ineffective. No matter what you did, it would drip toothpaste-water down the side and dry ... gross.There's no need for 5 different settings like others have - the two are great. Battery life is amazing, as long as you wait until it needs to be recharged. If you constantly recharge the battery, it won't function as expected. This goes for many rechargeable devices, so no surprise there. After the first charge - it lasted past the 45 days described.Do yourself a favor and buy the SURI, you won't be disappointed.
Best Quality Toothbrush
There are many regular electric toothbrushes out there made of plastic, and have lots of cool features that no one will probably use. This electric toothbrush is made with quality in mind, and you can charge it with USB type C, so it’s really convenient.
Broken charger
After a couple of months the toothbrush no longer charged, the connection between the toothbrush and the charger no longer worked. Rubbish product.
Great clean and excellent for travel
This product does a great job cleaning my teeth. I like the case for travel, and its functionality is a plus.However, although you need to plug in the case (Is-C connector), to do the cleaning, a separate charger is required to charge the brush. It is not a standard fitting and it concerns me that it would be difficult to replace if lost or damaged.
Toothbrush turns on and off intermittently by itself. Fully charged.
I have had this toothbrush for month and a bit now, and was woken up at night by the toothbrush's vibration sounds in the bathroom. It turned itself on. I turned it off, and it just kept turning itself back on.I never have altered or damaged the toothbrush in any way for it to do this. Upon googling this, it seems to be a common issue with sonic toothbrushes. Will attempt to ring Bolo to try and process a claim on this, hopefully with a positive outcome.
