Each box came in its own additional cardboard box and thank you card, despite all being sent in one larger box to 1 recipient at 1 address. Quite a thoughtless and unnecessary waste. The masks are basic, as expected, but fit for purpose.

Several masks in the last few boxes are not sealed on the chin seam and split open chin to mouth when opened up to wear. Others have the ear elastic unattached. Last 3 boxes have had these issues. Very poor. Now buying another make.
