So I have been buying trace minerals from a reputable supplier for a while, as distinct from Vitamins etc. I have narrowed my supplementation down to things that work for me. Trace minerals (along with high strength electrolytes) are two such supplements. I know, recognise and feel the benefits. So I was gutted when my favoured supplier could not supply my repeat order of trace minerals. After much searching I found these. Being a quarter of the price I was skeptical. But to my joy felt no 'lesser' benefit. So amazed was I that I decided to stop supplementation with them for a week to see what happened. Yup lower energy, a general malaise and lack of joie de vivre characterised life without these trace minerals which was all rectified on taking them again. It took a couple of days to return to my peak levels of energy and well being. So, much as I prefer to use the term good value than cheap, these are 'the business'. Highly recommend.

As a supplement that last for two months, I’d say it’s a good price. I cannot comment on the efficiency of it because this does take a lot of time and it’s depending on lifestyle and eating habits and everything so I don’t know if it works in anyway or not. The capsules are relatively easy to swallow, depending on people. I’ve never had problems swallowing even bigger ones so for me, this is not a problem, but for some might be. They say to be vegan friendly and good for the vegetarians as well so this is a plus, and it sourced from marine algae. at the current price of under £12 it is good value for money

It’s very difficult to give a review of such an item as there are too many variables at play in day-to-day life.Even in a lab environment it would not be easy to confirm any positive responses that could not be put down to the Placebo Effect or something else.Ideally you would have to go on a controlled food intake for about a month before taking something like this and have a gut “baseline” undertaken to see what happens after 30 or more days.What I will say is, they are reasonably easy to swallow, being a standard capsule size (21mm by 7mm), but large enough for some people to benefit from taking them with a sip of water or some other suitable liquidAs such I am only taking them once a week as I do not believe I am low on any trace minerals as I get my blood tested once a year for such.As to sourcing via marine plant life that is a unique selling point but I am not sure what difference that makes to a chemical/mineral.
