I bought this product after realising that a lot of my crazy mood swings and energy problems were linked to a lack of some key vitamins (among other things, but this bit at least was an easy fix!). I did a quick online search and am absolutely chuffed that I landed on this product. They taste great and after taking them daily for a few months now I feel a lot more balanced and suffer far less fatigue than I used to.It recommends taking 2 gummies per day which I did to start with, but now I take 3 a day and what a difference that extra one made! Worth noting that I am a very active person, so I expect the recommended would be fine for most people.Really can't fault this product 👌
