First of all we used the cable provided but because it is a usb a to usb c the voltage from that port is 5v which is not enough for fast charge, so then we tried various usb c to usb c fast charge cables as the usb c port should switch between 5v, 9v, 12v to fast charge but it does not, does not do the job advertised at all as it will not fast charge a product at all and is hard to get into a plug socket and if it does be prepared for the prongs to snap off in the socket, cheaply made and does not function as advertised.
