    As others have said the taste of this is just horrible. However if you can get past this (they disolve in around 20-30 seconds) they do really work. As someone who has chronic bad sleep I was so surprised to be asleep within 20 minutes.

    These sleep aid supplements come in little strips that dissolve on your tongue, which is good for people who can't/don't like to swallow pills. They come in individually seal packets and comes with a little storage tin.The main supplement ingredient is B6, which can help with sleep and restless leg syndrome. There are a few other extracts and additives that aren't included anywhere on the listing - see my photos for the list of ingredients.I can't really say whether these helped with sleep as I took it once and don't think I can bring myself to take them again. They have an extremely unpleasant taste, like the worst cough medicine you've ever had. They dissolve relatively quickly, but get really sticky and stuck to the roof of my mouth in an unpleasant way.You get 60 days worth (1 strip per day), but they're quite pricey.If you can tolerate the taste and texture, they might be an easy way to get more B6 in your diet without taking pills, but personally I will stick to tablets.
