I have just taken delivery of my vanilla meal replacement system. Obviously no idea this is going make a difference to my weight loss journey but this product is already a winner: This tastes awesome, unlike the previous formulas I have ordered (Protein Works (grainy city, ugh) and Form Performance (way too sweet).What I also love:❤️ The cute little tub (removed the label with 'goo gone') which won't stick out like a sore thumb on your kitchen counter. No visitor need to know I am on diet shakes❤️ It really doesn't need milk to taste good. Water is fine. My mind is blown. No grainy texture, very smooth and mixes like a charm with my hand blender.

This tastes really good. Since starting with it, I’m not eating as much, and I feel quite full. I’m not even snacking or craving sweet things. I have a terrible sweet tooth. This seems to have helped significantly. I have one scoop for breakfast, do my workout and have another scoop. You’re meant to have two scoops together, with the right amount of water, but I prefer to space it out. I don’t need anything else until tea time, and I find I can’t finish what I usually would. This has much fewer calories than others I’ve used, and it’s suitable for vegetarians. That’s important to me, because as a vegetarian, I’ve struggled to find something that tastes good, at the right price, that’s not got animal product in it. I’ve tried the vanilla one, loved it, bought the strawberry one by accident, and actually like it better. It’s very easy to drink, no nasty aftertaste. I’m on my third one. I also have a bit more energy, which is a very good surprise.

Liv.Smart by USN Slim Madagascan Vanilla 550g - High Protein (21g) Meal Replacement ShakeWell, this could prove a little tricky to review as I ordered the Madagascan Vanilla and received the Chocolate Brownie flavour in error. I'm definitely not a fan of cold chocolate flavoured drinks but I'll give it a try.I ordered the vanilla thinking I could add it to my coffee as I'm not overly fond of shakes in general but am trying my best to lose some weight. The shake provides a good level of protein and fibre and is low in sugar. For one serving add two scoops (55g) to 300ml of water and shake thoroughly.55g provides 200 calories, 6.3g fat of which 3.5g is saturated fat, 15g carbohydrates of which 1.7g is sugar 8.4g fibre 21g protein and 1.1g salt This container provides 10 servings of 2 scoops each.Well, I was a good girl, and I tried the Chocolate flavour shake which does smell extremely chocolatey and tastes fairly sweet. I can't say I was a fan, as to me it's a bit like drinking cold drinking chocolate but that's personal taste. I found that it thickened up more when I left it for a while. I did try it hot but was still not a fan.1* deducted for wrong flavour and 1* for not overly filling feeling. If you like chocolate meal replacement shakes then would probably like this one, I'm just fussy and I didn't find it that filling.

My honest review of what I think of this product well the taste it’s not the best it’s quite artificial if you have tried shakes previously this is not uncommon for this type of product I can manage this and over the period of 9 days I’ve became used to this and it’s not as bothered by it as I was at the beginning I’m using this is apart of a calorie deficit diet where on packaging says replace two meals with shake which I’ve done and at beginning it did not lock my hunger up but again that’s normal at the beginning I’m not definitely not as hungry as I once was I’ve have lost weight using this also which is my goal I’ve lost 9lb in five days as I did not could weight on the first two days as I was busy with work all in all it’s a good product if you can get past the taste

Very tasty slim shake. Love the flavour - vanilla, not too sweet and doesn't have any aftertaste. High in proteins -21g ( perfect for losing or maintaining weight), low in sugar also it has 201 calories per serving.Two scoops go with 300ml water or milk. After drinking, I feel full and do not need any other meal for around 3 hours. The powder mixes well with water and dissolves very well without any lumps.Tasty to drink - it's like dessert. It has a very mild vanilla smell.Suitable for vegetarians and full of vitamins. Been using this product for a couple of weeks replacing one meal a day ( that was my lunch - just found it easier to shake to work and no worry about any other meals) so far a lost 3 kg so definitely it works.Worth trying! Good luck

Really delicious but slightly over sweet for my taste. It's filling but still took some getting used to. I'm trying to change my lifestyle so I can lose some weight and I'm finding these drinks helpful because they taste dessert like and if you've made it in a blender it gets really frothy like a milkshake.I sometimes add a little raw cocoa powder to change the flavour and matcha too (separately not together). I'm liking this meal replacement so far but my main takeaway is you need to combine it with a lifestyle change. If you include this while eating the same I don't think the results will follow. I like it!
