This was the best value for money I've found after a long search, the amount it offers and the price it's perfect, I'll buy again. Its small so easy to swallow, no after taste, it might be doing its job because I feel healthy (this is one of 4 supplements I take).

I’m not into supplements which contain a huge amount of nutrients and are sold at overly expensive prices, which is why I chose this supplement. The amounts of each B Vitamin are mainly around 100% of what you need daily which is enough to give you a boost, and you’re not wasting money on vitamins which your body can’t even absorb and will get rid of in the first place (this is why people experience bright green pee with some supplements as the actual vitamins can’t be used).This supplement includes eight of the B Vitamins which work together, you often hear that it is best to take a B Complex instead of a single B Vitamin. They responsible for helping with convert food into energy, metabolism, red blood cell production, cell growth, etc. This is why the B Complex is mainly associated with lifting energy and mood levels.You could argue that there could be a higher dose of some of the vitamins, but I find the supplement does make a difference (though not huge if you’re not deficient), and there are other factors that go into energy and mood – not just the B Vitamins. The value is obviously great at around £0.03 for a whole year which is super cheap. Moreover, the tablets themselves are really small. So, if you’re someone who hates taking supplements, then these should be no problem for you.Overall, this is a supplement definitely worth trying – great quality supplements and very well packaged. Vitamins are good and give you energy, but don’t take them at night as they can cause severe insomnia.I’ve struggled with insomnia for 1.5 years while taking them at night. Visited doctors and tried different prescription medicines, nothing helped. Then just started taking these in the morning instead of night, and my sleep immediately normalised.

It's not that easy to get b vitamins with vitamin d in also. These are both good vitamins for protecting cognitive function and helping with anxiety so I am pleased to have found these at such a good price.
