    They arrive professionally packaged, looking very much like tablets you'd get from a chemist rather than a retail pack, which is a good thing.They're well labelled and easy to take without any aftertaste or gastric issues for the elderly person they were ordered for. All in all they seems perfectly fine to me.

    I’m not pregnant but I do suffer from B9 deficiency. I’m giving these a try to see if I can improve my vitamin retention.These are a good size and easy to swallow, not like a lot of supplements that are almost the size of house bricks.They have a good use by date, these are 2025 so I’ll have taken them long before that.They are a good price for a three month supply.I’ll see how it goes after the first three months and if there’s been an improvement then I’ll continue with them.
