I am a fan of Q &A skincare, it's very good value, no nonsense packaging and lots of natural ingredients. I was looking for their ceramide cream moisturiser when I spotted this set with full size cleanser, moisturiser, serum and toner, an excellent offer for lovely products. Thank you Q&A!

I love Q & A. They have such amazing products and are so affordable. This gift set comes very nicely packaged, and ready for gifting. It contains 4 products Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Cleanser 75ml, Vitamin C Brightening Serum 30ml, Ceramide Face Cream 50g, and Niacinamide Toner 100ml. I believe 3 of the products are full size and only the cleanser is a deluxe size which makes the gift set very good value for the money.I have tried all of the products before and they are absolutely amazing. The HA cleanser is very soothing and hydrating and doesn't strip your skin from its natural oils but leaves the skin very clean. My personal fave is the moisturizer as it sinks into the skin beautifully, with no greasy residue or heaviness. My skin seems to drink it in and looks so much smoother and better afterwards. The Vitamin C serum can be used as a serum or moisturizer and really does leave your skin soft, hydrated and radiant. Last but not least is the Niacinamide toner which is great for pore minimizing and my skin loves it.Overall, this gift set is a real gem as it has everything you need to treat yourself or your loved one. Definitely recommend it.

This Q+A Skincare Heroes gift set comes in a Christmas cracker style packaging with a to and from label for easy gifting. Unfortunately, mine arrived a little battered but not enough to knock off a star. The box contains four products for a complete skincare routine for the winter months. It contains a 75ml hyaluronic acid hydrating cleanser, a 30ml vitamin C brightening serum, a 50g ceramide face cream and a 100ml niacinamide toner. These four products are a great way to rejuvenate your skin during the winter months.The set is made with natural ingredients and is fragrance free (all products were very neutral smelling). It didn’t cause any adverse reactions and I’m pleased to say that the company have a cruelty free and vegan friendly approach to their products. I love that all of these products are travel friendly in size and that the whole skincare regime is included. None of the products caused an adverse reaction and it is great that the products are made in the UK by a UK brand.Step 1 cleanser – this should be used by massaging into wet skin and then rinsed away with warm water, both at night and in the morning. This product was nice to use leaving my skin feeling very hydrated without any tightness and has a flip lid for dispensing with a hygiene seal for peace of mind.Step 2 toner – apply a few drops to a cotton pad and apply to your skin to help remove makeup and skin impurities. The toner reduces the appearance of enlarged pores and helps calm and soothe. The toner contains niacinamide (Vitamin B3) – something our body can’t produce naturally and I found it very pleasant to use. With a press button lid it was very easy to dispense the correct amount.Step 3 serum – apply to your cleansed and toned skin, prior to the moisturising step both morning and night for a brightening effect. The product left my skin feeling refreshed, absorbed quickly and I like the inclusion of the Vitamin C as an antioxidant and a way to reduce excessive ageing of the skin. It was very lightweight to use and it also contains hyaluronic acid as well as volcanic soil! The pump dispensing system outputted the perfect amount for your face and is contained within a glass container – unfortunately a very small amount had leaked out but not enough to reduce the review score.Step 4 moisturiser – apply evenly to clean skin as a final step as either a day cream or night cream. The moisturiser contains ceramides sustainably extracted from pineapples and helps protect your skin barrier from external stresses. It isn’t the most lightweight cream (it’s quite thick) but it absorbed easily into the skin without any sticky residue once left for a few minutes – remember with this moisturiser that you don’t need a large amount! Contained in a glass jar with screw lid it is well sealed without risk of leaking.The gift set is priced at £19 which unusually for gift sets saves you money on the products. The gift set is obviously mainly aimed for the Christmas season but the products themselves can be used year-round so I would definitely recommend the brand’s products.

A nice little set that looks nice in its packaging. Its a shame it comes shelf ready instead of inside a box to protect them as these just get put inside an Bolo box and mne got prone to being crushed and damaged by heavier items within.The actual product is lovely to use, and my skin felt lovely afterwards. No bad reactions to using these products.

When I received this package it was wet, so when I opened it I realized that one of the skin care products leaked everywhere, it was the daily toner. Everything else was in good condition, but I don't have daily toner now because all of it leaked out. ☹️ Please make sure everything is sealed properly before shipping it.
