    The instruction very easy to follow. It looks good too. Worth every penny and makes an amazing cappuccino and you can make it has hot as you prefer. It doesn't take long at at all to make your desired coffee. Tank is a nice size. No water leakage as yet. Very easy to use and cleaning easy too

    I don't write reviews very often, so you could say this is my first one. This purchase could be quite expensive for somebody, so I decided to share my opinion to help other buyers.This coffee machine is a great choice for those who love coffee. I only drink coffee with milk, so I was looking for a machine with a steam wand. I read a lot of reviews on this product – I’ve had the machine for 2-3 months now, and everything works perfectly.Thanks to the other reviews, I was prepared for the fact that the machine is noisy. This is true, but it wasn’t a problem for me, as I prioritized other factors when choosing.Some people received faulty machines; the only issue I noticed was a cracked red part that’s used as a steam wand cleaner, but this is absolutely not a problem for me.Another thing I noticed when buying the coffee machine in silver is that it gets smudged easily. Some fingerprints stay on it until you clean it with glass cleaner (so far, that’s the only thing I’ve tried, so I’m not sure if other cleaners would work). This is only an issue for perfectionists. I think most people won’t even notice it.As for the machine's operation – it’s pretty easy to figure out. The package includes two manuals: one is more detailed, and the other is a quick-start guide with pictures showing how to set up the machine and make coffee. So, I understood how to use it very quickly.The coffee turns out amazing. I can even drink it without sugar. I know a lot depends on the type of coffee, so I chose one that’s not too acidic or overly roasted (Lavazza Qualita Rossa).Overall, it’s a worthy purchase. I really enjoy the process itself; it’s meditative. I hope I’ll be able to update this review over time. It will be interesting to see and report how the machine performs once the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

    I have used the machine for a month and am delighted with it.It is well made, compact and looks good. It came with clear instructions and is easy to use.It makes excellent coffee and compared to my previous Gaggia machine it is quiet in operation.I have not tried the steamer. Recommended.

    Nice machine, had a few scratches but nothing major. My machine stopped working after only a few days but Customer service were great and sent me a new one immediately letting me keep the old one incase I wanted the extra parts. This one is running smoothly and makes lovely coffee. Only issue is milk doesn’t seem to get very hot

    I've now had this machine for nearly six months. This is a great coffee machine with all the functions you need for a top espresso, flat white or late. Performs better than many machines that cost many times the price of this. Excellent build quality and it's also easy to figure out and maintain. Awesome product.

    Purchased in July and wanted to wait until I had used it sufficiently before leaving a review.It's a great machine and makes perfect cappuccinos. Can't fault it.Had a light display yesterday which I couldn't work out why. I contacted customer services via email and received a response within half an hour diagnosing that the machine required a descale. Very impressed with their service.Recommend this machine not only for quality of product, the coffee it produces but also their level of customer service.

    If you read carefully the guide you won't have any problems. Brewing coffee or frothing milk - easy as beans. Very satisfied! Coffee is not cold at all...

    The media could not be loaded. The pump has been a bit noisy from day one but has gradually got worse and now vibrates the machine so much that the cup doesn't stay on the machine during coffee delivery.Wrote to CASABREWS and they said to put a silcone mat under the cup.No appetite for a repair or refund, it's 4 months old and clearly FAULTY!AWFUL customer service, contacted Bolo and got a refund:Wish I had never bought it !!

    Prima dell’acquisto ho letto le caratteristiche di molte macchine concorrenti, ho eliminato quelle che usano capsule di plastica/alluminio, per motivi ecologici e quelle sotto i 20 bar. Ho valutato la fascia economica da € 100 a € 230, alla fine ritengo questa macchina la più idonea. Consegnata nei tempi convenuti la prima cosa che colpisce è la bellezza e scarsa invadenza nella mia cucina.Per un giorno intero ho provato vari tentativi per ottenere un buon caffè ma inutilmente, mi consolava solo sapere che avrei potuto renderla e per poco non l’ho fatto. A fine serata dopo tanti tentativi ho provato a seguire meticolosamente le indicazioni, (peccato che l’unica lingua assente è l’italiano) e finalmente il caffè tanto desiderato è arrivato con tanto di deliziosa e naturale crema.Sono passati due mesi e non ho sbagliato un caffè, sono veramente soddisfatto.

    Achetée en remplacement d'une Riviera&Bar qui coûtait beaucoup plus cher.Eh bien, y a pas photo.Cette machine Casabrews est largement supérieure à plusieurs points.Elle fait du très bon café, un bruit discret contrairement à la Riviera&Bar qui faisait un boucan monstrueux, et de sécurités de surchauffe et de surpression qui font que vous ne risquez pas de prendre le porte-filtre dans la figure si le filtre est bouché.Pas une goutte d'eau dans le bac de récupération et le filtre s’enlève très facilement en alignant la petite encoche du porte-filtre avec celle du filtre.Seul petit bémol sans importance : la finition du porte filtre qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité du café.Mais bon, chacun ses goûts.On verra dan la durée ce que ça va donner.

    Estaba buscando la sustitución de mi cafetera automática. NO me ha defraudado, ya que con el mismo café, tanto por el sabor como por la crema es insuperables Se notan los 20 bares de potencia.Viene con instrucciones en castellano. Me avisará cuando el nivel del agua esté crítico. Me avisará cuando tenga que desincrustar la cafetera. Se puede usar al minuto de encender el aparato y se apagará a los 25 minutos de inactividad. Resumiendo, es la mejor cafetera que he tenido nunca y la recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Marca patentada en CALIFORNIA y soporte DÜSSELDORF.
