I have been looking for a healthy alternative to cereal bars and these protein bars are exactly this.They are really tasty,you can never say they don’t contain any sugar.They are the perfect combination between hazelnut and caramel wrapped in chocolate and satisfy any hunger qu.Perfect for people who train hard or for anyone else who wants healthier food as they contain higher protein content.

Als Sportler lege ich großen Wert auf meine Ernährung, und diese Riegel passen perfekt in meinen Alltag.Die Tatsache, dass sie ohne Zusatz von Zucker sind, ist für mich ein großer Pluspunkt. Oftmals sind Proteinriegel viel zu süß, aber diese Riegel haben einen angenehmen Geschmack, der nicht übertrieben süß ist. Buon mix ma non tutte ad alto tenore proteico
Buono il gusto, e apprezzo la varietà nella confezione ma le barrette al cocco non sono ad alto contenuto proteico ma solo ipocaloriche (stevia). Sono le più gustose e quindi bene così ma avrei voluto sapere che non avevano un alto contenuto proteico.
OTTIME COME SPUNTINO POST WORKOUT
Dopo varie provate negli anni del mio percorso di allenamento, posso confermare di aver trovato delle ottime barrette proteiche ed energetiche dagli ottimi valori nutrizionali e dal buon gusto, prodotte da FitnesSHOCK con sede in Turchia, a Istanbul!Denominate come PROTEIN BAR, queste in particolare da me provate sono al gusto Vaniglia e Nocciola ma sono disponibili anche in altri gusti, e hanno i seguenti valori nutrizionali per 100gr:-371Kcal di Energia tra cui 20gr. di Grassi, 20gr. di Carboidrati, 40gr. di proteine.Considerando che la barretta ha un peso di 50gr., presenta 20gr. di proteine che risultano essere ottime per saturare i muscoli dopo un intenso allenamento in palestra, o dopo una lunga corsa, insomma dopo aver messo i muscoli a duro stress!A mio giudizio non sono indicate nel periodo di 'tiraggio' per chi fa bodybuilding, ma per il periodo di 'bulk' sono perfette perché hanno comunque un basso numero di grassi e zuccheri, ma non cosi' basso per chi segue un'alimentazione dura.Il gusto è da PAURA, super buono, si sente sia la glassa di caramello e sia le nocciole che personalmente adoro; ha una buona consistenza, non è troppo stopposa e risulta essere dalla buona digestione.Non è troppo dolce, e i dolcificanti presenti lasciano un buon retrogusto in bocca una volta terminata.La grammatura è nella media delle barrette presenti sul mercato e saziano il giusto; sono ottime anche come spuntino!La loro scadenza è lunga, oltre un anno per quelle a me giunte!Il prezzo, che al momento della mia recensione è di 21,99 euro per 12 barrette, è davvero ottimo considerando che una barretta costa sotto i 2 euro!Dai miei giudizi e dalla mia esperienza, non posso far altro che consigliarle a pieni voti, senza esitazioni e se proprio devo dirvi la verità, ho già ordinato a mie spese quelle al gusto Arachidi e Caramello!Ringrazio il Programma Vine per avermi dato la possibilità di testare queste ottime barrette e soprattutto scoprire questo nuovo marchio a me sconosciuto!Spero la mia review via sia stata UTILE!
