    Easy to put together and sturdy with it. The only thing I was not happy with was the padding on the arms did not seem to be attached inside the fabric, however, that is not a game changer as the padding stays in place, it has just been making a crinkly noise as it settles inI was mortified that the price went down by £30 while mine was in transit, but tbh, it was worth the original price so I cannot complainComfy and sturdy, the massage is a vibration function that is soothing more than therapeutic. I will not be using the footrest as I already have a separate one but I am confident that this one will suffice. A decent chair

    Having built a fair number of desk chairs in the past few years, I feel experienced enough to comment on the ease of assembly of this chair. Having screws separated and labelled in alphabetical order was a convenient perk. It took 30 minutes instead of the 2 hours with the last one I built.1. Pictorial Instructions are easy to follow, EXCEPT for a hitch connecting the seat to the back. Instructions did not explain how the velcro flaps were arranged.2. Diagram 3 required 2 people to construct as one needed to hold the parts together and another needed to align the screw holes and fiddle with the wretched flap joining the 2 parts together3. Hint - don’t screw the backrest metal piece too tightly as you will need to slide the flap UNDER it.Once assembled:Comfort - goodBackrest - low so there is no headrest. Big disappointment.Size - neat, smaller than expected (minute compared to the chair it replaces which looked the same on Bolo)Lying position - particularly comfyMassage - works but nothing compared with a true massage armchair. Vibration modeCost - £124 in Bolo Prime sale. Otherwise £140. Not bad, compared with other chairs on sale but definitely higher than chairs of the same design 2-3 years ago, which are now quite rare, having been replaced by mesh chairs and gaming chairs.Follow-up 4 months on:After one school term of use, I am disappointed to report that the PU leather at the top corner of the backrest has split to reveal the chair stuffing! Not an area that gets much hard wear either. Nor is it at the seam, so the fault is not in the sewing and I can only surmise it is due to poor quality fabric… I’m not sure how to fix it - superglue? Also worth noting that the pink seat has marked really badly. Meanwhile, a pink gaming chair, bought a year ago, though not as comfy, hasn’t marked, nor split… Shame.

    Great value easy to assemble, well built.Very comfortatable. Grwat seating possition for working at my pc, when yoy wat a break, reclune the chair, and enjoy the built in massarge.Fantastick product.

    Chair was extremely easy to assemble and the material for the back and seat feel very plush. My main gripe is yes you can tilt the backrest back but you cannot tlit the seat hence when you put the backrest back your body position is all wrong and the seating acts as a slide and away you go.As others have commented the massage function is not existent as it is just vibrations. The seat is very sturdy but insufficient padding to make it comfortable. Wont be long before I get another chair as this one will cause me more back problems unless I just use the chair in the upright position and not try to relax in it :(Edited after trying it out for a couple of days, absolutely abysmal. one of the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever bought. even when you don't recline the back it is almost impossible to spend more than an hour sitting on this chair.ps A new chair ordered and this one will be going in the bin/tip as I doubt I could even give it away :(

    The media could not be loaded. Looks good but quality is poor for the price.This chair doesn’t actually look too bad but the workmanship is so shabby.At just under £100 I would expect quality. Working from home , back issues were priority when choosing a chair and this one doesn’t fit the bill! The massaging element was a factor when choosing but as you will see from the video I have attached the control pad just comes off as it it very poorly attached with glue. A couple of the fixings were loose too and wouldn’t tighten at allI requested a refund and the supplier offered me a couple of resolutionsFirstly - a discount to purchase screws to make goodSecondly- collection of the item for a refundHowever they would deduct £25 from the price for this. They were reluctant to do this and I had to request this numerous times.There was no way I was an accepting to do this so I contacted Bolo for a resolution. AllSorted now and they are collecting for a full refund.I don’t like asking for a refund from small businesses but I thought £25 was extortionate to collect a faulty item.£100 for this chair is way overpriced bearing in kind the workmanship however it does look Ohk once assembled and is comfortableI have decided I am not taking the risk as the massage element won’t last long and it will be complete waste of money!

    I got this chair in the flash sale. It was very easy to build(watching my husband and not hearing any swearing gave me this impression). We are both impressed with the quality of the chair and it is very comfortable. I am 5 foot 4 so it is ideal for my height when using the massage function, and the having a cat nap during teams meeting function. My husband is 6 foot 2 and finds this chair doesn't really support napping but he still wants one 🙄. I work from home and spend a lot of time in this chair, and I have osteoarthritis in my spine and hips. This chair keeps me pain free, whereas my old chair left me in pain if I didn't get up and walk around.I would buy from this company again..maybe next flash sale for hubby.

    Very good quality for the price, and so easily assembled, instructions very poor, no instructions on the setting for the vibration mode, leg rest very flimsy and short.
