The products are made from breathable and super soft material for optimal comfort. The waist band with high number of lycra threads offer a secure and snug fit, making it ideal for an active lifestyle. The high performance core with Top-Dry Technology ensures skin integrity and optimal skin care by keeping the exposed area comfortable and dry even after multiple voids. The combination of leakage barriers (lengthwise and cross barriers) and elastics offer 360 degree leakage protection around the product. These functionalities help protect the skin and maintain a natural pH skin balance. The odour system minimizes unpleasant smells. The wetness indicator with graduation scale guides the user and caretaker to the product with the right absorption level. The dermatologically tested products have been given the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.

At last, incontinence knickers which actually fit brilliantly and are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them even when I've added a heavy duty pad into the mix for night time or for going out. They're not infallible: even with the pad added I've had to change because the edges of the pants are soaked but I've yet to experience that soul-destroying feeling of pee trickling down my legs that I'd been increasingly suffering with my usual brand.Although these Abena ones are way more expensive per pad than my previous band, I'll have to be on my uppers before I'll change back : the combination of extra comfort and extra confidence is worth the extra charge, in my opinion.

I use these pants for night time only, as the urge to go happens at around 3 to 4 am, it also absorbs any dribbles during the night, plus they are big enough and comfortable even for the well blessed man, masses of space to sit comfortable.

I've always liked Abena products so I'm assuming I got a faulty packet this time , as every inner seam of each pant was split exposing the inner cotton wool type material . Very disappointed , I've always trusted this product until now

Have been purchasing these for my father who has Alzheimer’s and unable to use the bathroom as needed. Have tried other brands and nothing compares to these. Only brand that offers the protection he needs. Very absorbing without the bulkiness
Keeps bed dry
I've been wearing diapers for my bedwetting problems since I was a kid. I've been trying to find a night time pull-up that doesn't leak like store brand adult pull-ups do. It was embarrassing to have to go to the store and buy a large bag of diapers at 37 years old and having to put one on every night. Now I can put them on like my regular underwear

Do not hold much it comes through the material
My father in law used it at night time but didn’t hold much , it likes from the sides . I had to changed it 3 times at night and I add the longer pads and a regular side pads and still had to clean sheets. Sorry but not good for the pm Hrs
