    Skims fat off my food perfectly, I cannot fault. Love the colour, love the design, quality is perfect and gives my kitchen that love is love vibe. I absolutely love this product, easy to clean.

    This is a slotted spoon made of stainless steel and it is one piece. The spoon surface is wide with lots of holes to strain off any liquid.These are brilliant for retrieving boiled or poached eggs or just boiled veg.This is finished in a brushed metal and it is a little rough and wonky but it does the job. It's comfortable in hand and is easily usable. But i think i'll take some polish to it to get a better finish for aesthetic and hygiene.Good quality and value. Recommended.     When shopping for most anything, always choose the one that's made of 1 piece. I almost bought an Bolo Choice but saw that the slotted spoon/strainer had a spot weld between the head and handle.This is one piece so I am more comfortable knowing it will last longer. Another review complained of sharp edges which is very slight on mine but I doubt my fingers will touch that head area so am no concerned. I wish the handle was a few inches longer so my fingers is further from a hot pot.Very happy with my purchase and should last through many stir fry cooking. Also, others are selling 304 stainless slotted strainers at double the price. It's waste of money. If you do some research, that grade metal is meant for marine applications.Although stainless steel, I recommend hand-washing it.
