    Can't put my finger on exactly why, but this tape gun just isn't as good as others I have had or used previously.Maybe I will get used to it with use but just isn't quite as expected.

    This packing tape dispenser gun works pretty well. It took me a little bit to figure out how to use it and a bit longer to get used to it but once you get the hang of it it's good. It's ideal when you have lots of flat pack boxes that need tape all around for moving, storage etc. The blade is very very sharp so it's good that it has a protective cover for when not in use.

    The box mine came in was heavily bashed but the tape dispenser arrived undamaged. Overall its a serviceable tape dispenser for the brown packing tape you will find in most shops in the UK. Once loaded it does the job and I seemed to have less instances of the tape tearing as I wrapped boxes (where you end up with a sliver of tape you have to find to pick with your finger nails to get back to the full width roll) . It is really only for putting tape round boxes as you need a bit of freedom to rotate the dispenser to hit the cutting blade, which is made of metal and has a protective cover. In summary its okay but really only useful if you are going round boxes.
