    I bought this water filter to take away with me to the caravan where we always holiday, as the one in my fridge is far too big to vacation with. From the moment I opened the box, I knew this was going to be a fantastic product - it looks classy, it’s very well made, and the filtering process is very high quality - rather than the usual gravity-fed filter, it has an electric pull filter, which filters the water as it’s drawn through the pipe and dispensed via the tap. The filtering is to an even better level than my gravity fed water filter at home.The lid comes off easily, allowing you to fill the reservoir with ease - and clear markers indicate the minimum and maximum levels. You don’t have the device plugged in all the time - you charge the onboard battery via a usb-c lead, then it’s charged for weeks of use. I keep mine in the fridge at the caravan, it doesn’t take up much space, and provides me with an abundance of cold, filtered water that allows me to stay hydrated through the day. The water tastes great - I even use it to fill the kettle and coffee machine as well as for cold drinks. There is a little bit of noise as the pump draws the water through, but it’s certainly not loud or disturbing - I’m happy to use it through the night when others are sleeping relatively nearby.The handle is a decent size, and it’s reassuring when you’re transporting the unit full of water from the sink to the fridge, or onto the table.Operating it is a breeze - simple press the touch sensitive button to turn the unit on, press again to dispense filtered water, then press once more to stop dispensing. It automatically turns itself off. The filter is designed to last 3 months - 3 times as long as my usual water filter, and costs the same as a monthly-replaced filter, so you’re saving a decent amount on filters over the year with just 3 replacements rather than 12.When all’s said and done, I think this is a fantastic water filter - the filtered water tastes great, is reassuringly clean, and takes away any worries about the tap water quality. It’s one of my better purchases this year, and I happily award it a very easy two thumbs up, highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

    I’ve been using the Waterdrop 3L filter for a few weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. The water tastes incredibly clean and crisp, far better than my previous filters. The sleek, compact design fits perfectly in my fridge without taking up much space, and the 3L capacity is just right for my daily use.What I love most about this filter is how easy it is to use. The installation process was straightforward, and the filter doesn’t slow down the water flow like some other brands.Overall, the Waterdrop 3L filter has exceeded my expectations, providing me with great-tasting, pure water at a reasonable price.     If I could have given this product negative stars, I would have. We bought this water filter with the hope of improving our daily experience, but unfortunately, it not only failed to do so, it has caused far more frustration than benefit.After just three days of use, the filter stopped working entirely. Despite regularly cleaning and descaling the kettle (we live in a hard water area in England), the filter utterly failed to deliver on its promise to improve water quality. To give you an idea, I have attached photos of the kettle after only two days of use.The product's design is also a significant flaw. The spout is positioned so awkwardly that filling a standard bottle is impossible without propping the jug up with a random container. Worse still, the touch-sensitive sensor that activates the water flow is highly unreliable, especially if your hands are damp. Imagine having to explain to every guest how to use the jug because it doesn’t respond properly – utterly absurd!The water flow is painfully slow, meaning it takes an age just to fill a single glass. It’s completely impractical for serving water at family meals. On top of this, the jug’s size makes it difficult to wash or refill in a standard sink.The only positive, if I can call it that, is the aesthetic design: a rectangular base with rounded edges, reminiscent of Apple products. But honestly, what’s the point of a good design if the product fails to serve its primary function?We are extremely disappointed, especially given the hefty price we paid. We feel completely ripped off. I cannot recommend this product to any family, and I’m taking the time to write this review to ensure others don’t make the same mistake we did.

    I purchased this for my son who recently had knee surgery and couldn't get around much. You can fill up this 'pitcher' and keep it anywhere. If you like it cold, it can sit in the fridge, for my son, he drinks a lot of water, and he could keep the pitcher there beside him on the couch, and it holds quite a bit. So it's convenient, as well as filtering the tap water.Also, I think he's had it for just over a month now, and it's only been charged once.If I didn't already have a water filtration system at my house, I would be buying myself one of these.Update! This unit worked for awhile, then after my kid changed the filter, it wouldn't work. I contacted the company, which kindly send me another unit, and now the same thing is happening with this one. So the basic take-away with this product seems to be it works great while it works, then it stops working!

    Me ha encantado este filtro. El sabor del agua es muy bueno y hace muy bien su funcion. Es muy facil de instalar y ya tienes agua fresco y purificada pa rato. Lo super recomiendo.
