Bought two of the four drawer chests. Came well packaged and with everything needed to assemble them. The first one took ages but by the second one I'd got the hang of it. Plenty of storage now and I'm very pleased with them.

Firstly thanks to those who answered my question about the rear panel. When ours arrived, one side of the panel was a matching grey so we used that side facing out. Covers all the back except the very bottom few inches which can be painted to match or covered in a strip of grey vinyl or wood flooring especially if like us you want on a landing against bannisters as opposed to against a wall.I was originally determined to buy furniture that was already assembled but couldn't find the colour grey I wanted until I spotted the Iris range from Galano. I decided to order one chest of drawers and see how I liked it for my newly decorated bedroom. My plan B was to use it on my landing if I didn't think it was nice or sturdy enough for the bedroom. Fairly easy to assemble but having 7 drawers it took quite a few hours and we initially put the drawer runners for the 4 lower drawers too close to the edge. (and we're not inexperienced at DIY furniture!). I decided I liked it for bedroom but would also like on my landing so ordered another from Bolo. Also ordered two bedside cabinets and and smaller chest of drawers from another retailer as prices were more competitive at that time. On putting the 2nd 7 drawer chest together, we were tired and a bit careless and managed to damage the left hand main side panel. Completely gutted of course. However, I decided to email the seller to ask if we could purchase a replacement part and to my astonishment, they offered to make it and send it free of charge all the way from Malaysia. What amazing customer service especially considering it was our fault. Very pleased with my new furniture and love the shade of grey and lattice mirror feature. I think it would have been just as nice in the white option. In summary, can highly recommend the seller for their first class customer service and I would definitely order from them and this range again.

The build was going well with these set of drawers until I was about to put the runner on the bottom of the drawer. There’s no holes on the bottom of the drawer for me to secure the drawer runners to it.I checked to make sure I’ve not put the drawers together the wrong way around but I haven’t (pictures attached)There are no holes on bottom edge of the drawer so now I’ll need to get hold of a drill to do this.I don’t think picture instructions are correct either re the drawers. On the runner there are 5 holes on the left edge but the diagram says there’s only 4.Not happy about this at all as now can’t finish the job and use my drawers!
