This pillow is great!! I have some health conditions that cause lots of aches and pains and this pillow has helped a lot with my neck and shoulder pain.The cooling pillow case is a game changer for me too, I always get hot during the night and often wake up with wet hair but the pillow case has put a stop to that.The pillow feels very soft and squidgy but it moulds itself to your neck and head and springs back in no time.I let mine air for about 24 hours and had no issue with it smelling and the size is not as big as your average pillow but it’s plenty big enough.

Had been suffering with a bad neck and shoulder for some time. Spent so much trying to find a good pillow. This one is just the best. After 2 nights the neck pain started easing. It's so comfortable and supports head and neck. Highly recommend this pillow. Came with 2 covers too! Although it would fit in a standard pillow case as well if needed

I have battled with different pillows and then came across this one. It has made such a difference to my neck pain! It’s soft but not too soft and hard but not too hard!! I ended up buying my partner the same because he kept using my pillow when I got out of bed!

I have been using this pillow for a little over 2 months now and I can confidently say that I am satisfied with the support and comfort of the product. I have been looking for a good supportive pillow, I bought a Bamboo pillow(£ 55) from Costco and some other pillows from different stores but was unsatisfied with all the products. Then I bought this pillow, in the beginning I was a little skeptical about the quality as it was squishy on the surface but after using it, I can confidently say that the support to the neck is very good and I am able to sleep a lot better. I strongly suggest to go for this pillow if you are in search for a good pillow.

I have reached the age where I need a neck supporting pillow, but the reviews on most pillows were so hit and miss, I’d been afraid to order one. When I saw all the great reviews on this pillow, I was nervous. Were they being compensated for good reviews?I’m here to tell you that they were not (and neither am I!) - this pillow just really is that nice. It’s firm enough to be supportive for your neck but not so hard that it’s uncomfortable. The cooling pillow case actually works very well. I do find that I’m more comfortable on my side using this pillow than I am on my back, but I am a side sleeper so that’s just fine. It comes rolled up in a much smaller package than I’d imagined, but unrolls and puffs up easily. It had absolutely no smell, which I truly appreciate. I’m very sensitive to scents - I recently received some very nice foam pillows, but they had a smell that just wouldn’t dissipate enough for me to sleep on them.The only slight negative I have is that the zipper pull on the cooling pillow case wants to pop out of the zipper flap/cover, so sometimes I wake up and it’s digging into my arm a bit and I have to tuck it back in. It’s a pretty minor complaint, and I don’t know how this could be improved, so I’m still giving this pillow 5 stars.I can’t guarantee you’ll love this pillow as much as I do, but I can guarantee that the reviews are legit. If you’re looking for some neck support, definitely give this one a look!
