    Easy to use and you just up the bands the stronger you get, I started off with the first band but found I needed to go up a band, was stronger than I thought starting off. The hardest band I'm still to weak to use but getting there.

    Our previous bands were far too short for Pilates. These are so much better. Were able to use them for all the class exercises. Very strong & great to have a selection of strengths. Comes with a handy pouch for storage too. Would definitely recommend.

    I have been using exercise bands for awhile, and do special rotator cuff routines with the low strength yellow bands. The yellow band on this was far stronger than it should be.

    I recently ordered some bands similar to these from another seller/brand and, even after months and repeated washings and odor treatments, they still smelled horrible. I bought THESE this week and, even directly from the package, there is NO BAD SMELL! None at all. I'm also incredibly happy with the variety of band resistances and the pouch to keep them in. Unlike the other brand of bands, these will actually get used and enjoyed! Highly recommend!
