The media could not be loaded. An amazing lamp. I'm really excited to take this out tomorrow for a shoot. It looks packed with features.I love the fact it can be used as a simple key light or a fun atmosphere creating light, with a full set of RGB options and some built-in "Scenes"Lightning, cop cars and TV sets to name a few.Having it come in a fantastic case is great. Something I wish other companies would do. If you pay a large amount of cash, you want to know its OK after you drop it once when carrying 4 tripods a camera box 4 lights and a slider...5 massive stars! *****

It’s very powerful but it come in one light temperature and it has no remote so you will have to adjust the power manually which is annoying sometimes

I was pleasantly surprised how compact and fairly lightweight this is.The whole thing comes in a really nice quality carry case, which is a nice addition and makes the kit "grab and go" which is always a bonus.It comes with a power supply which has a pouch that you can attach to your stand for better cable management.It also has a nifty battery plate that takes 2 NP-F750/NP-F970 batteries making this a handheld RGB light, adding to it's versatility.The build quality, as expected, is fantastic. Everything feels quality, even down to the Bowens mount which clips and screws into place easily and feels secure.The handle/stand mount is a little bit "plasticky" but is actually fine and does the job nicely with all of the relevant locking mechanisms securing nicely.As per, this is compatible with the Neewer App, so with Neewer Infinity you can control all of your Neewer lights at one time, superb if you're using some out of reach, or if like this one they are portable, you can choose light temos, colours and video effects such as emergency vehicles etc from here too.This has 4 light modes: CCT Mode, HSI Mode, RGBCW Mode, and FX Special Effects Mode. RBGCW mode supports individual adjustment on red, green, blue, cool white, and warm white. Colour temperature has -50/+50 GM colour correction to better mimic natural light, 0-360° full hue angles, 0-100% saturation, and 17 sfx modes.The light this emits is really nice, causes no flicker on videos and is perfect for photography too.All of the various modes are steppable and to me seems seamless. when you use a modifier on this the light is gorgeous. I use with a 65cm parabolic and it's just perfect. I have also used it with a shoot through umbrella too and works nicely, and is a little easier to use hand held this way too.Overall this is a lovely lightweight light, that when you've put two batteries on is still comfortable enough to hand hold (if you add a modifier it becomes front heavy and a little bit less kind on your arms.)

I love this light! It's exactly what I've needed to improve the look of my videos and photos. Good lighting is one of the fundamental aspects of a quality film or photo. It creates the mood and atmosphere needed to deliver the story in the best way possible.I've long been a fan of Neewer products as they're often unbeatable in terms of value and performance. This is one of the more expensive Neewer products I have, but it's also one of the most impressive. It's high-quality and packed with features. The RGBWW LED covers the full spectrum of colours.If you need a quality, reliable, portable, and high-performance light, this is perfect!

The media could not be loaded. I knew there was something a little 'special' in the quite substantial cardboard box. Within the box was a well made, custom designed zipped carry case. When you unzip the case you are presented with what I could only describe as a very professional looking piece of lighting gear. There's the main lamp unit, a cone shaped reflector, a Bowens adapter, battery holder with belt fitting, lamp handle/grip, power cable & adpater block, short cable for connection to battery pack holder, and a nicely comprehensive User Manual.The case provides ideal storage with the internal plastic foam having shaped cut-outs to accommodate the various parts of the kit.All the parts are, in typical NEEWER fashion, extremely well made and designed. I have used NEEWER equipment in the past and it always impresses me. There's a Bowens mount so that you can attach Bowens-type accessories if required. The reflector (with an incredible super-silvered internal finish) simply pushes into the lamp front and you twist the reflector to lock it into place (to remove there's a small lever around the rim that you press to unlock/untwist the reflector cone).You can simply plug everything in and use the controls on the back of the lamp to adjust the various settings. For a more comprehensive and versatile control you can also install the "NEEWER" app and then control the effects and lighting wirelessly (from your smartphone for example). I decided to install the Android App (it's just over 30Mb). I found that after installing the app the connection (I used the Bluetooth function) was simple and straightforward. You can create an account if you wish but I opted for 'Guest Mode' and that worked fine for me. Once set up as per the instructions in the User Manual you have a lovely visual interface where you can control everything that the NEEWER Video Light offers.The amount of light this equipment can emit is extremely impressive and it's also difficult to imagine what white colour temperature, RGB colours, brightness and saturation levels it can't render. In addition to this there are several lighting effects available. The app allows you to fine tune settings with a visual indication on the display, and you can store a couple of 'memory' settings which is useful.For my purposes I think that the typical usage I will adopt is bouncing the light from the NEEWER lamp off a white ceiling to provide soft even table-top type of photography. The lamp has so much power that I can bounce a lot of light with it!There's a battery holder and strap supplied so that if you need portability the lamp still can oblige. There are battery slots for two batteries (either NP-F750 or NP-F970) so even that need has been well catered for.The lamp head, even though incredibly powerful, is not heavy and it even has a cooling fan built in (although I haven't heard it as yet, and it's apparently a silent fan anyway).Yet again, NEEWER has 'nailed it' with this stunning lighting kit. It really is a joy to use and it delivers top-notch performance. It will, for sure, be providing my lighting needs for many years to come. I can't even think how it could be better, or bettered!
