Review: SIHOO Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair with Ultra Soft 3D ArmrestsThis chair on offer price is such great value, at full price would easily be worth the price. I was really in so much doubt changing from my comfy slouchy executive chair to this one. I had developed back problems and realise now it was my comfy slouchy chair. Within hours on this new chair I feel supported, sit correctly and the quality is great. It was so easy to assemble with clear instructions, took me just 20 mins. Everything was clearly labelled in a blister pack, wish other would do this also!My surprise was the weight, its so heavy but that is such a positive for me as its of great quality and sturdy. Adjustable in every way, such a great chair.

The media could not be loaded. I like how easy it was to assemble this chair, as you can see from the timelapse. The nuts & bolts were labelled clearly in neat packaging. The parts were individually wrapped well and it was easy to bring it up to my apartment in parts. I'm 4ft11 (150cm) and find this chair comfortable to sit on. The lumbar support helps me with my posture. It has a very sturdy base with castors that you can shimmy in without banging them on the ground for a good fit. It has a nice height which makes me feel supported. Perfect for working in & relaxing on.

Arrived very well packaged and was very straightforward to assemble. Once built, felt very sturdy.I was looking for a new chair as I'm 6ft4 and was getting back and neck pains from constantly craning over small desks in chairs not designed for long term use, and this chair has made a big difference in alleviating this.Overall it's comfy, well-built and looks good.Ideally, the lumbar support and neck cushion would be more adjustable and go higher, which would offer a lot more support for taller people, but I understand that this won't likely be an issue for most people. The arm rests can also be a tad annoying, given they don't stay in place easily, though the adjustability here is great.Ultimately, it's a £300 chair off Bolo, not a £1000+ Herman Miller, so the features and construction quality you get for the price are great. Would highly recommend, and doubt you'll get better for the price.

When my last lock down office chair fell apart I settled on this one to replace it. Its a good solid item and fairly heavy so like others advise to assemble in the room it will be used in if possible. There are some YouTube review videos that also show assembly but the instructions in the pack are fine. They also provide extra nuts and bolts so dont worry if you have a few spare at the end. I opted for a mesh chair this time as my last faux leather one was less comfortable in hot weather. This mesh gives very good support and more than might be anticipated from the images. The back rest does take a bit of getting used to, but after a little time using the chair I really like how it adjusts to the small of your back. The gas lift has the usual up and down but you can also lock the chair in a fixed position or in a recline mode where leaning back allows you to gently recline backwards. The seat back adjusts up and down with a good range of settings. The arms adjust up and down but the sideways adjustment is quite loose so the arms do move around, not when sitting but if you knock them. This doesnt bother me as i like being able to adjust the direction of the arm rests to different angles. There is also a neck rest, which looked a bit gimmicky to me but actually gives good support if needed. We have Herman miller chairs at work, and i find this one as comfortable as those but at a much more reasonable price.

The way the chair parts are set can be frustrating. For instance the arm height, you pull the arm up until you reach your desired height, and when you reach the top it drops back down to the lowest setting - no button. So if you want it at the top or near it, you have raise it up four or five times until your lucky enough to hit the one you want.The angle the arm rest faces is not fixed, so every time you touch it with your elbow it rotates. So its essentially never at the correct position.Because of where the arm rest is attached, it feels very risky in the flex if you apply all or most of your weight to it. Like when go to stand up or reposition.I like to sit on my feet, I don't know why, I just do. I would break my leg in half if I attempted that with this chair. I knew what I was probably getting into so I don't hold this against the chair, just figured i'd mention for those that wouldn't recognize it.The chair looks great so its definitely form over function.

For £260 it's a decent chair and comfortable. It appears to be offering more support than my straight back office chair my upper back feels better now. I'm 6ft tall and 15 stone and the chair fits me well.I assembled this on my own in around 30 mins after unpacking which in itself takes about the same. The quality of fixings is good, with extras supplied, and the T-bar is a nice touch. The castors also run well on carpet. Once assembled it's fairly rigid for an ergo chair, which I know is important.So why the 3 stars? The arm rests drive me to distraction they move at the slightest touch and you can't pull the chair by the arm. The head rest is very comfortable but again this moves far too easily. You get the chair set up just right which again is overly difficult do to due to the ratchet up slide down system and then have to do it all over again!If SIHOO sorts out these issues it's a 5 star chair. If these points don't bother you I would go and buy one.

Amazing chair
I have the previous version of this chair and wasn't expecting much given this was an off brand office chair that looked pretty basic, however after having used it for several months now, i can say the chair is better than expected! The chair is made of hard rigid plastic framing like most chairs, along with mesh material for the seat, back, lumbar, and neck supports. The mesh material has held up amazingly well after several months of long work days without issue. It stretches and adjusts to form fit your body when you are sitting, and provides just enough give while continuing to support your butt and lumbar, and even head/neck if you use the included headed rest. When you get up, the mesh material will tighten back up, and does not remain loose which was one of my big concerns with chairs that utilize mesh webbing.The head rest has multiple adjustments that work well. The back support has 4 height adjustments and the lumbar support piece slides up/down with pressure, ensuring comfortable positioning where needed. Like other chairs, the entire chair can also be adjusted up or down with the handle under the seat, as well as a lock/unlock mechanism that allows you to lean back if desired.The two arm rests are adjustable up and down, and the arm rest pads can be moved forward, backwards, in and slightly out. The 5 rolling wheels are smooth thus far and glide easily without any problems.I am not one to spend $400+ dollars on an office chair, and while it is comfortable and appears to be of good quality, i can't say it's worth the high price. You can probably find a similar chair a bit cheaper at Staples or another retailer.Overall, it is a nice comfortable office chair that has held up great since beginning of May 2024 when i got it. Mesh elasticity has maintained, adjustments all continue to work smoothly, with no issues so far.

Champagne Taste on a Spiked Seltzer Budget? Buy This Office Chair!
This office chair is a great alternative to those that cost hundreds more, even in the pre-owned/secondhand marketplace. The value for the price paid is great because of its build quality, ease of use, good ergonomics, and overall aesthetic.I spent a good amount of time weighing my options of a used Herman Miller or this and I'm so glad I chose the SIHOO. It's nice to have something new of your own and to get a good deal on something. The ability to customize arm height and angle, headrest support, and seat height for a reasonable price were all important factors in the decision. Materials were too, and the webbing on this chair is very durable. The lumbar support is also a huge benefit. The tilt range is also very generous. Assembly took me 40 minutes, but I was half watching a preseason football game at the time. With proper focus, I think 30-35 minutes is reasonable.The chair was very well packed, with strong cardboard inserts, plastic wrapping, and extra hardware just in case. The required tools are provided and the gloves were a nice touch (they can be used for the gas lift; I didn't need them). One recommended upgrade: rollerblade wheels. They make the chair perform at its best, especially on a glass mat.Ultimately, this chair took my work from home setup from a solid B to an A.
