    I have been taking this for over 3 months now, i would it say that i am feeling the benefits from it. I am 56 , menapausal and moderatly active. I have been sleeping better, feeling more relaxed and calm. Not sure if its helping so much with the brain fog, maybe a little. Regarding the dosage, i had taken the recommened 2 capsules, but this made me feel quite queasy. I have reduced the dosage to one capsule a day, and personally i feel this is much better for me.

    This product is well packaged and brown bottle and contains 120 capsules. I like it but am taking it with other supplements so cannot 1000% say it is the only supplement making me feel good. It is a good supplement to buy.

    First off, yes they smell pretty bad. It smells like the back of my mum's unused spice cabinet - very earthy and peppery.So, if you don't like that smell, don't smell the capsules.They are quite large but easy to swallow and no taste unless you let it glide all over your tongue, but who does that?Effects wise, I chose ashwagandha for its anti inflammatory properties as an adaptogenic root. I'm unsure about this KSM-66 version as I have nothing to compare it to my, but I understand the nutrients are have higher bioavailablity with this version.I have had no negative effects, upset stomach or headaches from taking the full recommended dose daily. I take it with meals to avoid any negative digestive effects!My sleep and mood is better, my skin and hair feels better too, but I have also been taking other vitamins and positive lifestyle changes at the same time as starting a supplementation routine that includes this ashwagandha.Overall, I recommend this supplement as it's inexpensive and I believe it contains the active ingredients that are beneficial for the body and mind that are difficult to get through diet alone.

    I am a very athletic man. I have tried other brands in the past and did not feel much from ashawaganda. However I tried this brand and I felt the effects almost instantly. I think for smaller men and woman the dosage maybe too high. But if you are strong and active, then these are great. Helps a lot with sleep.

    Perfectly as described on Bolo, however as I realized afterwards stomach ache nausea and diarrhea are common side effects of Ashwagandha and this is what I experienced so had to stop using after only three days. They are large capsules and have the earthy smell associated with any tumeric products.

    These are too strong and above the recommended dose. They definitely work though, made me feel calm, but my tummy was not calm. About a third of the capsule is enough. I didn’t have any problems with the taste or swallowing them. I would repurchase though.
