First, the ergonomics is disappointing. You can only lift the earbuds up from the case with finger tips at a particular orientation. Wish the lid opened a bit more.Second, I had issues with connectivity and charging from day 1. The left earpiece wouldn’t charge along with the right one. I had trouble connecting it with my phone. This was after a software update and a factory reset.Third, the ANC was so disappointing. I don’t understand what it does..If there was a ‘claims’ to performance ratio, this one should score high. I can hear people talking and almost everything happening around in my office with ANC on. I tried changing the ear tips but that didn’t help either. It’s a mid range offering, so the business team might have left the good tech for the high end offering. Good for them, but I’m happy to return it.Verdict: Wish JBL did a rigorous testing before launching this product. The audio output was good, but the problems were too many. To the design team and testing team: please work harder!

These are great, they are loud enough and the eq presets on the app are effective when listening to music.The battery life was what I found attractive and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I prefer this form factor of earbud compared to others. They don't have the absolute sound quality and performance of the Cambridge Audio Melomanias they replaced but are a better overall package for my needs.

Bought these earphones in March, the charging case is rather dodgy, at the beginning the right earbud was always slow to connect to it. Now the right one is okay, but the left earbud refuses to charge. Would not recommend purchasing through Bolo as they do not offer product support. Buy direct from JBL so you can get refunded on the product if it becomes faulty.

The sound had good quality is good but it exacerbate the wind noise when running or cycling. Sometimes one of the earbuds don’t charge properly as well.
Trés bon produit et conseil au top
Achat réalisé au mois d'avril pour en profiter plainement pendant plus de 6 mois.Sur 2 achats, l'une des 4 oreillettes à baisser significativement en qualité, cela à été remplacer de façon exemplaire.Trés bon produit et suivi irréprocheable !Je recommande JBL pour la qualité sonore, en encourageant à éviter les produits chinois, un peu moins chers mais déplorables sur tout !
