I normally wear a UK 34DD. I ordered Medium in these bras and they fitted well. I have had some really uncomfortable strapless bras in the past, so thought I would give these a go.They fit really well, very comfortable and don't slip, but they did make my Boobs look a bit flattened. Obviously you won't get the support you would get from a structured underwired strapless bra, this was worn under a loose strapless dress, so not such an issue, but if you are wearing a fitted strapless outfit, and are bigger busted, you might feel a bit disappointed. If you like to wear a bra to sleep in, these are very comfortable, so they won't go to waste if you decide to do this over daytime wear
