My case came without the pod holders and customer service sent me a brand new case the very next day! Can't beat the service. Very happy with all of itUPDATE: OK, I hate to do this but I got my new OUTIN case the next day but I didn't have the chance to open it til a few days later. Same problem. No Nespresso pod holder. I think having a human being helping is at times better than some bot. If anyone is reading this out there plz send me the missing piece. I give up on the CHAT approach.... if anything, it's a great little product

Permet de ranger le chargeur, l’adaptateur Nespresso et 4 dosettes Nespresso.Parfait complement à la machine à espresso portable et automatique OutIn.Transport très sécurisé qui protege agréablement la machine.Seul petit bémol, j’aurais aimé avoir un peu plus de place pour les dosettes.

Comoda e spaziosa per portare la macchinetta, il cavo di ricarica e qualche capsula di caffè. Togliendo lo scomparto si possono mettere anche bustine di zucchero, più capsule e magari cremine di latte o cose varie. Per custodire la macchinetta, soprattutto in valigia in viaggi più lunghi, mi sembra che sia molto utile. E' di buon materiale, certo non eccelso, ma comunque solido. Consegna veloce, forse potrebbe costare meno
